Solo le gusta el pastel de chocolate y para que sea pastel, tiene que tener frosting, o sea, una crema de chocolate o ganache como relleno o como cobertura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Decid\u00ed entonces hacer un pastel que cumpliera con la funci\u00f3n de satisfacer su paladar, pero a la vez, fuera nutritivo y sali\u00f3 esta belleza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/pastel-de-choco-02.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6130\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Algunos tips a tener en cuenta<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Tanto para el frosting como para la masa us\u00e9 <strong>zapallo cabutia<\/strong>, \u00e9ste se puede reemplazar por boniato. El pur\u00e9 hay que hacerlo con el zapallo o el boniato cocidos al horno (no hervidos ni al vapor).<\/li><li>No se usa aceite, pero si una materia grasa saludable, yo <strong>us\u00e9 pasta de man\u00ed<\/strong>, se puede usar pasta de cualquier otro fruto seco en su reemplazo (almendra, avellana).<\/li><li>Para endulzar <strong>us\u00e9 d\u00e1tiles,<\/strong> adem\u00e1s del dulzor, aportan humedad y textura a la masa, no recomiendo reemplazarlos. Las cantidades son para d\u00e1tiles grandes, si usan los peque\u00f1os, deber\u00edan ajustarlas para que les quede con el dulzor que deseen.<\/li><li><strong>Por favor, no omitan el psyllium o huevo de lino<\/strong>, es imprescindible para que la masa quede liviana, si no le ponen, queda un bodoque con miga muy densa y cerrada (cr\u00e9anme, lo prob\u00e9).<\/li><li>Los <strong>chips de chocolate<\/strong> son opcionales, pero suman mil puntos!<\/li><li>El frosting se puede hacer tambi\u00e9n con cacao amargo en lugar de <strong>chocolate en barra<\/strong>, pero con este \u00faltimo queda m\u00e1s rico y con m\u00e1s cuerpo, as\u00ed que lo recomiendo!<\/li><li><strong>Para una versi\u00f3n gluten free<\/strong>, usar harina de avena certificada sin gluten o reemplazar por harina de arroz integral.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/pastel-de-choco-03.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6132\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Por \u00faltimo, recomiendo que lo guarden en la heladera, en un recipiente cerrado o cubierto con film para que no se seque.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ahora si, la receta!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure
