Al ser esta leche menos densa que la que se consigue en lata, necesitamos acudir a un espesante. En este caso, el que mejor resultado nos dio fue el almid\u00f3n de ma\u00edz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lo endulzamos sutilmente con az\u00facar glass (nosotras siempre compramos az\u00facar org\u00e1nico apto y lo hacemos polvo en la licuadora), si bien, el yogur final no es super dulce, este ingrediente le aporta a\u00fan m\u00e1s textura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">PARA UN YOGUR NATURAL SIN ENDULZAR<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Simplemente omit\u00ed el az\u00facar y la vainilla y obtendr\u00e1s un yogur apto para preparaciones saladas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Como la receta es muy simple, decidimos dar algunas ideas para toppings que quedaron buen\u00edsimos! Lo m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil siempre es, usar unas cucharadas de un yogur anterior o un yogur comercial. OJO, que debe ser 100% vegetal y con probi\u00f3ticos activos (es decir, debe ser un alimento vivo). Siempre que hacemos yogur, debemos tener la precauci\u00f3n de guardarnos un poco de \u00e9ste, para poder fermentar la siguiente tanda y no tener que comprar nuevamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si no consegu\u00eds un yogur natural para este prop\u00f3sito, es posible usar c\u00e1psulas de probi\u00f3ticos que contengan al menos, una de las siguientes comunidades de bacterias:<br \/>Acidophilus, bulgaricus, o thermophilus,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">PARA FERMENTAR<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Usamos la <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.atma.com.ar\/yogurtera-atma-ym3010e-1-2.html\" target=\"_blank\">yogurtera Atma<\/a>, con un programa de 8 horas de fermentaci\u00f3n.
