Hace 11 a\u00f1os tuve la oportunidad de viajar al gigante asi\u00e1tico a estudiar Chino Mandar\u00edn, junto con un grupo de estudiantes argentines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La experiencia fue hermosa y muy enriquecedora en much\u00edsimos aspectos, tanto cultural, gastron\u00f3mico y estudiantil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Viv\u00edamos en el campus de la Universidad de Jilin y estudi\u00e1bamos much\u00edsimo. Com\u00edamos cualquier cosa, dorm\u00edamos poco, pero nos divert\u00edamos a lo grande.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/02-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6187\"\/><figcaption>Lol\u00e9t rezando por su alma &#x1f923;<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Una de las cosas que m\u00e1s me shockearon en este viaje, fue ver, por primera vez, carne canina. Recuerdo que pegado al edificio donde viv\u00edamos y estudi\u00e1bamos, hab\u00eda un restaurante que, cada ma\u00f1ana, recib\u00eda un cami\u00f3n que descargaba cad\u00e1veres de perritos, sin su piel, como muchas veces habr\u00e1n visto descargar en la carnicer\u00eda del barrio la &#8220;media res&#8221; de vaca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De m\u00e1s est\u00e1 decir, que yo en ese entonces no era vegana (nadie del grupo lo era) y nos molestaba much\u00edsimo, qu\u00e9 digo nos molestaba, nos INDIGNABA, nos ENOJABA, nos HORRORIZABAMOS al ver que hab\u00eda gente que osaba comer tan hermosos animalitos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cada vez que pas\u00e1bamos por la puerta de este establecimiento, cant\u00e1bamos esta canci\u00f3n: &#8220;LOS PERROS NO SE COOOOOOOOOOOOOMEEEEEEEEEEEEN, LOS PERROS NO SE COOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOMEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEN&#8221; al son de una canci\u00f3n de cancha.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pero al rato est\u00e1bamos pidiendo un <em>guo bao rou<\/em> de cerdo o un <em>gong bao ji ding<\/em> de pollo lo m\u00e1s campantes, relami\u00e9ndonos y disfrutando de ESOS cad\u00e1veres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Amigues, se los presento, EL ESPECISMO en todo su esplendor.<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Pasaron unos a\u00f1os hasta que dej\u00e9 a todos los animales fuera de mi plato, pero cada vez que recuerdo aquel sentimiento de horror al pensar en un perro convertido en comida, me doy cuenta de algo:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Si te resulta inconcebible que un perro o un gato sean asesinados, despellejados y cortados en partes para hacer un guiso, solo ten\u00e9s que inclu\u00edr al resto de los animales en ese grupo.<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p>No dejes que la tradici\u00f3n, la cultura y las costumbres te convenzan de lo contrario. Comer animales est\u00e1 mal, es primitivo, es violento, es horroroso, es insostenible y sobre todo, es INNECESARIO.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Los jiaozi<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/01-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6185\"\/><figcaption>Foto de todo lo que comimos en el restaurante de jiaozi m\u00e1s famoso de Jilin<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Ahora bien, no voy a hablar de los miles de diferentes sabores de jiaozi que comimos en China, pero si les voy a contar que, los jiaozi son ravioles (similares a las gyozas japonesas) se pueden rellenar con millones de rellenos y se cocinan b\u00e1sicamente en 3 formas diferentes: al vapor, sumergidos en agua o grillados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/jiaozi04.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6188\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/jiaozi03.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6194\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Este \u00faltimo m\u00e9todo es el que m\u00e1s me gusta a mi y as\u00ed los prepar\u00e9, pero pueden usar los otros si as\u00ed lo prefieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El relleno lo hice con hongos, porotos aduki y verduritas, indispensable la salsa de soja y el aceite de s\u00e9samo para dar el verdadero toque chinesco.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La masa, se hace muy f\u00e1cil y muy r\u00e1pido usando solo harina y agua.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/jiaozi06-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6190\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Este simp\u00e1tico palito, fue un regalo de la directora de la Universidad de Jil\u00edn en China a cada uno de los estudiantes, para que aprendi\u00e9ramos a preparar nuestros propios jiaozi. A\u00fan lo conservo, tantos a\u00f1os despu\u00e9s y solo lo uso para hacer este plato.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A Sim\u00f3n le encant\u00f3 estirar las envolturas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div
