Estas &#8220;alitas&#8221; veganas son parte del recetario oficial de nuestro segundo libro <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/comida-internacional-vegana\/\">Comida T\u00edpica Argentina Vegana<\/a>, pero desde antes, mucho antes, son parte este blog y de la carta estable de nuestra mesa familiar.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Son sanas, son f\u00e1ciles de hacer y, sobre todas las cosas, son RIQU\u00cdSIMAS!<\/p>\n<h5>Qu\u00e9 usamos?<\/h5>\n<p>COLIFLOR! Pueden poner toda la cara de asco que quieran, pero si prueban una de estas &#8220;alitas&#8221; van a querer comer m\u00e1s. Se los garantizamos! Y si no, les devolvemos su dinero! AHRE!<\/p>\n<h5>C\u00f3mo las cocinamos?<\/h5>\n<p>Les hacemos una doble cocci\u00f3n, pero siempre en HORNO nunca en FREIDORA. Primero las ensalsamos con mayonesa y jugo de lim\u00f3n (se puede usar esta <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/vegan-mayo-porotos-sin-aceite\/\">mayonesa casera<\/a>), luego las rebozamos -si les gustan bien crocantes, pueden hacer un doble rebozado-\u00a0 y las mandamos al horno. Hasta ah\u00ed la receta es la misma que en estos <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/nuggets-de-coliflor\/\">nuggets<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Despu\u00e9s, las sacamos del horno, las volvemos a ensalsar -esta vez con la salsa picante- y las volvemos a hornear.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Para acompa\u00f1arlas y apagar el ardor un poco, usamos un quesito untable de casta\u00f1as de caj\u00fa que adem\u00e1s fermentamos. La receta est\u00e1 en el libro, pero ac\u00e1 hay varias opciones: este <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/leche-de-nuez-y-quesito-untable-fermentado\/\">de nuez<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/queso-de-tofu\/\">de soja<\/a>\u00a0y este <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/vegan-cream-cheese\/\">estilo Pasar las flores por la mezcla.
