Me gustaban tanto, que una vez en mi ni\u00f1ez, com\u00ed 7 juntos y termin\u00e9 con tal pataleta al h\u00edgado que no pude volver a comer uno en a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuando me hice vegana, una de las mejores noticias que recib\u00ed, fue que, la mayor\u00eda de los churros que hay en el mercado, son veganos. As\u00ed que es una de esas cosas que no dej\u00e1s de comer cuando ingres\u00e1s al mundo de la alimentaci\u00f3n basada en plantas. YAY!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Como siempre decimos, vegano no necesariamente significa saludable y los churros son un gran ejemplo de esto. Al ser fritos, pueden caer pesados y en general, est\u00e1n hechos con harinas refinadas, resumiendo, no son un gran alimento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Como muches ya saben, mi familia y yo, vivimos 2 a\u00f1os en Madrid, y bueeeeeno, en Espa\u00f1a si que hay ricos churros!<br \/>Mi hijito Sim\u00f3n se hizo muy fan\u00e1tico. En los meses de invierno, cerca de casa pon\u00edan un puesto ambulante y compr\u00e1bamos bastante. Sim\u00f3n, con apenas 2 a\u00f1os en aquel momento, se com\u00eda 3 churros en cuesti\u00f3n de segundos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Como tode madre y padre, siempre intento darle de comer alimentos saludables a mi hijo, o, si no son del todo saludables, al menos intento crear una versi\u00f3n casera, m\u00e1s entera, un poco mejor que la versi\u00f3n tradicional. Es por eso que siempre estuvo dando vueltas por mi cabeza la idea de preparar unos churros caseros, no fritos y lo m\u00e1s saludables posible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esa idea se hizo realidad, cuando lleg\u00f3 a mi vida la FREIDORA DE AIRE.<br \/>Siempre quise tener una y lo postergaba porque &#8220;ocupa demasiado espacio&#8221; pero de verdad, si est\u00e1s pensando si vale la pena te lo digo ahora mismo: VALE MUCHO LA PENA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No solo pod\u00e9s hacer las cl\u00e1sicas papas fritas, milanesas o patitas de tofu tan crujientes y deliciosas como si fueran fritas. Hay un mundo de recetas para hacer, como esta que hoy te comparto. Estos deliciosos churros sin fre\u00edr que est\u00e1n incre\u00edbles y se hacen en pocos minutos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Y si no tengo air fryer?<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Siempre pod\u00e9s hacer esta receta frita, seguramente resulte un producto de mejor calidad que los comprados en panader\u00edas o churrer\u00edas, porque estar\u00e1n reci\u00e9n hechos y pod\u00e9s elegir ingredientes de buena calidad para elaborarlos.<br \/>Si los hac\u00e9s al horno, mi recomendaci\u00f3n es que los cocines con el horno fuerte, para que la cocci\u00f3n sea corta y no se te sequen demasiado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Harina integral?<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Prob\u00e9 hacerlos con una harina integral superfina y org\u00e1nica, honestamente, quedaron un poco secos y m\u00e1s duros. Si quer\u00e9s que la masa tenga algo de fibra, pod\u00e9s poner una parte de harina integral, pero recomiendo que uses harina blanca tambi\u00e9n (una de la mejor calidad que encuentres) para que queden m\u00e1s livianos y crujientes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Az\u00facar<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Llevan muy poco, solo 1 cucharada la masa y apenas para rebozarlos. Se pueden hacer sin az\u00facar usando xilitol o cualquier otro endulzante de textura similar al az\u00facar. Tambi\u00e9n pod\u00e9s rellenarlos con dulce de d\u00e1tiles en lugar de dulce de leche con az\u00facar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Aceite<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>La mejor versi\u00f3n la logr\u00e9 con aceite de coco neutro. El aceite de coco ayuda mucho a lograr una apariencia frita tanto en el color dorado como en la textura crujiente. Claro que se puede usar otro aceite tambi\u00e9n. No recomiendo usar margarina, quedan m\u00e1s duros y menos ricos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/churros2-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6307\"\/><figcaption>La prueba de que Sim\u00f3n no me dej\u00f3 terminar de fotografiar &#x1f602;<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Ahora si, antes de la receta, te dejo esta promo de Philips, por si est\u00e1s pensando seriamente en comprar o regalar la freidora de aire o cualquier otro electrodom\u00e9stico! Lo ideal es hacerlos en tandas, para que est\u00e9n separados y se cocinen parejos.
