Bueno, para celebrar el d\u00eda internacional de la pasta, les compartimos una de nuestras pastas favoritas: los ravioles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Estos ravioles de ricota de girasol, tambi\u00e9n forman parte de nuestro primer libro y son una pasta suave, ideal para servirse con salsas contundentes como el <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/kale-pesto\/\">pesto<\/a> o la <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/polenta-con-salsa-bolognesa\/\" target=\"_blank\">bolo\u00f1esa<\/a>. Aunque, claro que agregando a la ricota unos hongos de pino o unos deliciosos <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/tomates-confitados\/\" block;\">Disponer la harina en un bol. An\u0303adir la cu\u0301rcuma y la sal (o kala namak). Mezclar.\u00a0<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-5412-step-0-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Agregar el aceite y, de a poco, el agua fri\u0301a. En paralelo hay que ir integrando los ingredientes y agregando agua hasta formar una masa con la humedad justa, es decir, que no se pegotee en las manos. <\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-5412-step-0-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Una vez formada la masa, envolver con film y reservar. <\/span><\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-group\"><h4 class=\"wprm-recipe-group-name wprm-recipe-instruction-group-name wprm-block-text-bold\">Para la ricota de girasol:<\/h4><ul class=\"wprm-recipe-instructions\"><li id=\"wprm-recipe-5412-step-1-0\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Remojar las semillas durante al menos 8 horas con agua filtrada. Colar el agua y enjuagar bien.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-5412-step-1-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Colocar las semillas activadas en un recipiente con el resto de los ingredientes y procesar con mixer. Debe quedar una consistencia como de pat\u00e9: una crema r\u00edgida para que no humedezca la masa.<\/span><\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-group\"><h4 class=\"wprm-recipe-group-name wprm-recipe-instruction-group-name wprm-block-text-bold\">Para el armado:<\/h4><ul class=\"wprm-recipe-instructions\"><li id=\"wprm-recipe-5412-step-2-0\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Dividir la masa en 2 partes y estirar con palote hasta que quede fina.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-5412-step-2-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Se colocan cucharaditas de la ricota sobre una de las masas con espacio de 1 y 1\/2 cm entre s\u00ed. Hay que humedecer un poco la masa con los dedos antes de pegar la tapa y presionar bien los bordes para que no se abran, y luego cortar con el cortapasta.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-5412-step-2-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Dejar descansar los ravioles sobre la mesada con semol\u00edn.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-5412-step-2-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Hervir abundante agua en un recipiente espacioso.
