Son b\u00e1sicamente una masa m\u00e1s bien salada y hojaldrada, son crocantitos por fuera y tiernos por dentro y son la compa\u00f1\u00eda ideal de unos mates bien amargos.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/criollitos2.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-6385\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/criollitos2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"900\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h5>\u00a1NO NECESITAMOS USAR GRASA ANIMAL PARA HOJALDRAR!<\/h5>\n<p>C\u00f3mo cuesta conectar que la grasa animal es tejido adiposo, es eso que se encuentra pegadito a la carne y a la piel (cuero) y que no hay modo de usarla como ingrediente sin muerte y crueldad de por medio. Qu\u00e9 inocentes parecen las panader\u00edas frente a las carnicer\u00edas a simple vista, no? \u00a1Dejemos a los animales fuera de nuestros platos!<\/p>\n<p>Algunos maestros panaderos dir\u00e1n que no es lo mismo, que no se consigue el mismo efecto con grasa vegetal, pero yo insistir\u00e9: el efecto siempre es mejor si nadie tuvo que morir para lograrlo.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n<div block;\">Colocar la harina, la sal, el az\u00facar y la levadura en un bol. Mezclar bien.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-6386-step-0-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Agregar la margarina pomada e integrar con las manos.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-6386-step-0-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Agregar el agua de a poco y amasar hasta lograr un bollo tierno y liso. Amasar sobre la mesada durante aproximadamente 10 minutos.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-6386-step-0-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Dejar reposar el bollo tapado con film o un repasador h\u00famedo durante 1 hora o hasta que duplique su volumen.<\/span><\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-group\"><h4 class=\"wprm-recipe-group-name wprm-recipe-instruction-group-name wprm-block-text-bold\">Para el empaste:<\/h4><ul class=\"wprm-recipe-instructions\"><li id=\"wprm-recipe-6386-step-1-0\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Mezclar la margarina pomada con la harina formando una pasta.<\/span><\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-group\"><h4 class=\"wprm-recipe-group-name wprm-recipe-instruction-group-name wprm-block-text-bold\">Para el armado:<\/h4><ul class=\"wprm-recipe-instructions\"><li id=\"wprm-recipe-6386-step-2-0\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\">Estirar la masa de forma rectangular hasta que mida 1 cm. de espesor.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-6386-step-2-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Agregar el empaste en la mitad del rect\u00e1ngulo. Doblar la masa como si fuese un libro encerrando al empaste y sellar los bordes como si fuera el repulgue de una tarta. <\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-6386-step-2-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Dejar reposar la masa unos minutos y estirar con palo de amasar nuevamente. Esta vez, doblar la masa en tres, como si fuera una carta. <\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-6386-step-2-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Repetir el paso anterior al menos 3 veces y volver a estirar la masa hasta que quede de 1 cm de espesor.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-6386-step-2-4\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Cortar rect\u00e1ngulos de 8 cm de alto por el largo de la masa. Doblarlos a la mitad, emparejar los bordes y cortar cada 4 cm aproximadamente formando los criollitos.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-6386-step-2-5\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Colocar los criollitod en una asadera y pincharlos con un tenedor.
