Riqu\u00edsimas en invierno o verano, para almorzar o cenar, acompa\u00f1adas de ensaladas frescas, son una excelente manera de incorporar vegetales en nuestra alimentaci\u00f3n.<br \/>\nLo bueno de las tartas es que, necesitan muy poco tiempo de preparaci\u00f3n, sobre todo, si ten\u00e9s siempre a mano la masa guardada en el freezer.<br \/>\nSi, qu\u00e9 pensaban? Que usaba masa comprada? OOOOOH NOOOOOOO! Les recomiendo much\u00edsimo animarse a preparar masa para tartas, es m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil de lo que se imaginan y se puede freezar. Adem\u00e1s, la masa casera es much\u00edsimo m\u00e1s saludable, ya que carece de grasas indeseadas y qu\u00edmicos y cosas que no queremos comer.<\/p>\n<p>Ac\u00e1 les dejo la receta de la Tarta de Zucchini vegana, guarden la f\u00f3rmula de la masa, para cualquier otra tarta!<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-644\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/tarta-zucchinis.jpg\" alt=\"Tarta de Zucchini\" width=\"680\" height=\"453\" \/><\/p>\n<div class=\"easyrecipe\">\n<div class=\"item ERName\">Tarta de Zucchini<\/div>\n<div class=\"ERClear\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"ERHead\"><span class=\"xlate\">Recipe Type<\/span>: <span class=\"type\">Main<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"ERHead\">Cuisine: <span class=\"cuisine\">Vegan<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"ERHead\">Author: <span class=\"author\">Lol\u00e9t<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"ERIngredients\">\n<div class=\"ERIngredientsHeader\">Ingredients<\/div>\n<ul class=\"ingredients\">\n<li class=\"ERSeparator\">Para la Masa (con estas cantidades salen 6 discos de tarta, us\u00e1s 1 y freez\u00e1s 5 para futuros usos)<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">6 tazas de harina integral<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">2 tazas de agua<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">2 cditas. de sal<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1\/2 taza de aceite de oliva<\/li>\n<li class=\"ERSeparator\">Para el relleno<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">4 zucchinis<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 cebolla<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 taza de agua<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">2 cdas. de harina de garbanzos<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">Sal, pimienta y aceite de oliva<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"ERInstructions\">\n<div class=\"ERInstructionsHeader\">Instructions<\/div>\n<div class=\"instructions\">\n<div class=\"ERSeparator\">Para la masa<\/div>\n<ol>\n<li class=\"instruction\">En un bol, mezclar la harina con la sal.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Agregar el agua y el aceite.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Mezclar y amasar hasta unir.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Dividir en 6 partes y formar bolas.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Achatar las bolas y freezar con separadores.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div class=\"ERSeparator\">Para el relleno<\/div>\n<ol>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Cortar los zucchinis en cuartos longitudinalmente.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Quitar la parte de las semillas ya que son puro agua y hacen que el relleno quede demasiado h\u00famedo.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Cortar en trocitos y saltear con la cebolla picada en aceite de oliva.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Mezclar la harina de garbanzos con el agua, agregar sal y pimienta,<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Agregar los zucchinis salteados a la mezcla.
