{"id":6450,"date":"2020-11-26T19:05:57","date_gmt":"2020-11-26T22:05:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/holavegan.com\/?p=6450"},"modified":"2026-04-13T06:16:08","modified_gmt":"2026-04-13T09:16:08","slug":"no-pollo-de-girgolas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/holavegan.com\/en\/no-pollo-de-girgolas\/","title":{"rendered":"No-pollo de g\u00edrgolas"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/nopollo1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6466\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Este no-pollo se hace en un santiam\u00e9n, es delicioso, liviano y , a diferencia de <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/no-pollo-deshilachado\/\" target=\"_blank\">este otro<\/a> que te ense\u00f1amos hace un tiempo, es sin gluten porque est\u00e1 hecho a base de g\u00edrgolas frescas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las g\u00edrgolas se deshacen en hilachas, igual igual que la pechuga de pollo hervida. Son &#8220;carnosas&#8221; y condimentadas emulan muy bien el sabor que mi mente recuerda del pollo. La diferencia principal, es que las g\u00edrgolas no fueron hacinadas en un granero, ni se les cort\u00f3 el pico sin anestesia, ni se les inyectaron antibi\u00f3ticos, tampoco se las degoll\u00f3 de un hachazo, ni necesitaron ser desplumadas o hervidas para convertirse en &#8220;pollo&#8221;.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/nopollo3.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6464\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Les aviso que este no-pollo puede usarse en cualquier receta para reemplazar el pollo troceado. A saber:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>la ensalada caesar que comparto en esta receta<\/li>\n<li>la receta de empanadas de no-pollo que est\u00e1 en <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/comida-tipica-argentina-vegana\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Comida T\u00edpica Argentina Vegana<\/a><\/li>\n<li>este <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/no-pollo-la-cafe-paris\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">no-pollo a la Caf\u00e9 de Par\u00eds<\/a><\/li>\n<li>en sandwiches, tartas y wraps o donde se te ocurra!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Si no consiguen g\u00edrgolas frescas, nos pueden escribir y con gusto les pasamos algunos contactos, ESTE BLOG ES PURO SERVICIO, SE\u00d1ORA! Incluso hay kits para cultivarlos en casa. Mientras tanto, les adelanto que para cocinar us\u00e9 estas maravillas de sistemas de cocci\u00f3n de las que Sabri les habl\u00f3 <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/la-importancia-de-los-utensilios\/\" target=\"_blank\">ac\u00e1<\/a> -todo queda con un sabor con pe de petacular!- y, oliva premium y libre de agroqu\u00edmicos de&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/oh.aceite.de.oliva\/?hl=es-la\">Oh!<\/a>&nbsp;por supuesto! -como dir\u00eda la Su-.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"wp-image-6465\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h5>Sobre la ensalada caesar:<\/h5>\n<p>Yo us\u00e9 croutones hechos de <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/pan-lactal\/\">este pan<\/a>, pero puede ser de un pan sin gluten o suplantarse por <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/tofu-grillado\/\">tofu<\/a> o tempeh grillado.<\/p>\n<p>En el aderezo emple\u00e9 mayonesa <em>plant based<\/em>, que puede ser <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/vegan-mayo-porotos-sin-aceite\/\">esta casera<\/a>, aunque tambi\u00e9n puede usarse <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/queso-de-tofu\/\">queso crema<\/a> o reemplazarse por tahine como hicimos en el aderezo de <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/ensalada-arpan\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">esta otra ensalada<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Como queso parmesano vegano, eleg\u00ed el que ense\u00f1amos en nuestra <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/clases-online\/\">clase de l\u00e1cteos vegetales<\/a>, pero este otro <a
