Pero si hablamos de comerla (s), bueno, ah\u00ed puedo llevarme el primer premio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para quienes no las conocen, las RUMBA son unas galletitas de chocolate, con relleno de crema. Saben a avellanas y coco. Son riqu\u00edsimas, o al menos eso recuerdo ya que hace mucho que no las como.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pero, la vez pasada llegaron a casa Marido e hija con un paquete y al ver lo cambiadas que estaban (de aquellas que recuerdo bien oscuras y con mucho relleno, pasaron a ser marr\u00f3n clarito y la crema est\u00e1 LITERALMENTE untada) decid\u00ed hacer la versi\u00f3n vegana. En primer lugar, porque me tent\u00e9 much\u00edsimo y en segundo lugar, como desaf\u00edo para que prueben una versi\u00f3n REAL y libre de crueldad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/rumba2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6472\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>No crean que son complicadas de hacer. Para la masa busqu\u00e9 <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/cookies-rellenas\/\">esta <\/a>receta e hice unas modificaciones. Y el relleno es m\u00e1s simple de lo que creen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El resultado? Pudiendo hacer la comparaci\u00f3n con las verdaderas al mismo tiempo, GANARON las m\u00edas. Pues, como pueden ver en su color, la masa sabe a CHOCOLATE y tambi\u00e9n a avellanas y el relleno (ABUNDANTE, por cierto) a crema y coco.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/rumba3.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6473\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Y ustedes?
