Hice muchas pruebas que no me convenc\u00edan, hasta que, finalmente, di con una receta de Chef Ani y me anim\u00e9 a probar usando su base (tofu) pero haciendo mi propia versi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Queda realmente rica y sabrosa y si bien, no les voy a decir que imita la textura de la carne tan bien como el seit\u00e1n, me parece que es una gran opci\u00f3n para usar en su lugar si no quer\u00e9s\/pod\u00e9s consumir gluten, pero tampoco te conforma una rebanada de tofu o unos hongos grillados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hice esta carne para comer con la salsa del <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/vitel-tone-vegano\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"5080\">vitel ton\u00e9<\/a>, pero creo que es muy vers\u00e1til, ya sea para hacerla mechada (usando alg\u00fan relleno que te guste) o haciendo fetas m\u00e1s finas y comi\u00e9ndola en sanguchitos. Claro que tambi\u00e9n pod\u00e9s cortarla peque\u00f1a y hacer tacos, fajitas, gyros o desmenuzarla y hacer &#8220;carne picada&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/carne-vegetal-gf-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6530\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Vas a ver que esta receta tiene un mont\u00f3n de ingredientes que son para dar sabor. Estos ingredientes se pueden omitir o reemplazar por los que te gusten. Pero sab\u00e9 que la combinaci\u00f3n de ellos da lugar a una carne con mucha personalidad y mucho sabor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El ingrediente principal de esta carne es el tofu, si no te gusta el tofu no te preocupes, porque no tendr\u00e1 sabor a tofu (aunque el tofu no tiene mucho sabor) digo, no te das cuenta de que lleva tofu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por \u00faltimo, antes de adentrarme en la receta, quiero recomendarte que la prepares el d\u00eda anterior, para dejar que tome consistencia toda la noche en la heladera, antes de disfrutarla en el plato que m\u00e1s te guste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div
