Les dir\u00eda que es imprescindible, es como ORO l\u00edquido, es MAGIA! Y si mencionamos algunas propiedades, pues es un alimento rico en vitamina B, antioxidante y bajo en grasas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por ac\u00e1 la usamos much\u00edsimo para preparar <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/torta-rogel\/\">tortas <\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/mantecol-receta-facil\/\">postres<\/a> y <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/helado-de-limon\/\">helados<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Y hoy les traemos esta deliciosa mayonesa para que puedan usar en CUALQUIER preparaci\u00f3n:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/desafio-de-sanguches\/\">Sanguches<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/buffalo-wings\/\">Carnes vegetales<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/no-pollo-de-girgolas\/\">Salads<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>No van a tardar mil horas en prepararla. Solo hay que batir la aquafaba y agregarle un par de ingredientes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mi secretillo para que monte perfecta es ponerle una pizca de goma x\u00e1ntica, ingrediente que se consigue en cualquier diet\u00e9tica y algunos supermercados.
