Como saben, ac\u00e1 en el blog, tenemos varias recetas: los cl\u00e1sicos <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/noquis-de-papa\/\" target=\"_blank\">de papa<\/a> -que tambi\u00e9n se encuentran en <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/comida-tipica-argentina-vegana\/\" target=\"_blank\">Comida T\u00edpica Argentina Vegana<\/a>-, tenemos <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/noquis-de-batata-con-brocoli\/\" target=\"_blank\">de batata<\/a>, <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/noquis-de-kale\/\" target=\"_blank\">de kale<\/a> y hasta los exc\u00e9ntricos <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/gnocchi-alla-romana\/\" target=\"_blank\">alla romana<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/noquis-verdes-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6564\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Pero yo hoy quer\u00eda hacer unos de espinaca, que ya la ten\u00eda hervida y freezada. El tema es que para seguir la receta de los \u00f1oquis verdes que ten\u00edamos ac\u00e1, los de kale, esta espinaca ya no me serv\u00eda porque hervida la hoja te suelta mucha agua, viste? As\u00ed que hice lo mismo que hac\u00eda mi madre: a la receta de los \u00f1oquis de papa le a\u00f1ad\u00ed la espinaca. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/noquis-verdes-3.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6563\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a1Tan simple como eso! Solo tuve que modificar un poco las proporciones, se las dejo ok en la receta, pero igual si\u00e9ntanse libres si necesitan agregar un poco m\u00e1s de harina o semol\u00edn de lo habitual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si no llegan a tener semol\u00edn, usan todo harina, pero no se salteen el paso de refrigerar la masa porque con este calor\u00f3n es s\u00famamente necesario. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para finalizar, yo los serv\u00ed con una salsa fileto que hace mi se\u00f1oro -pronto les compartir\u00e9 la receta-, pero van bien con <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/fideos-con-tuco\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">tuco<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/pasta-al-pesto-vegan\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">pesto<\/a> o este <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/noquis-de-papa\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">pesto de tomates secos<\/a>! Oh s\u00ed!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" block;\">Colocar la harina, el semol\u00edn y la sal en un bol. <\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-6566-step-0-4\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Incorporar el pur\u00e9 de papas y espinaca y amasar hasta integrar.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li block;\">Si hace falta un poco m\u00e1s de semol\u00edn, agregar hasta que quede una masa maleable, pero tierna. Dejar enfriar en heladera por 1 hora m\u00ednimo.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-6566-step-0-6\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Espolvorear la mesada con semol\u00edn o harina antes de trabajar. Dividir la masa en pedacitos y hacer &quot;choricitos&quot;. Cortar del tama\u00f1o deseado y pasar por tenedor o marcador de \u00f1oquis.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-6566-step-0-7\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Cocinar en abundante agua hirviendo con sal hasta que suban a la superficie.
