{"id":657,"date":"2014-05-30T17:57:45","date_gmt":"2014-05-30T15:57:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/holavegan.theblogpress.com\/?p=657"},"modified":"2026-04-12T18:29:16","modified_gmt":"2026-04-12T21:29:16","slug":"risotto-de-quinoa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/holavegan.com\/en\/risotto-de-quinoa\/","title":{"rendered":"Risotto de Quinoa"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Bueno, risotto se refiere a arroz, en este caso, es un falso risotto o tambi\u00e9n llamado &#8220;quinotto&#8221; porque en lugar de arroz se usa qu\u00ednoa.<br \/>\nA mi me encanta y es una muy rica manera de incorporar prote\u00ednas vegetales a nuestra dieta.<\/p>\n<p>La qu\u00ednoa es maravillosa. Es una semilla, pero como puede consumirse como un cereal, se la considera un pseudocereal. Su composici\u00f3n es de 16% prote\u00edna y 6% grasas insaturadas, entre las que se destacan los \u00e1cidos grasos omega 6 y 3. Asimismo, tiene casi un 15% de fibras. Entre los micronutrientes que aporta est\u00e1n el potasio, magnesio, calcio, f\u00f3sforo, hierro y zinc.
