Yo creo que s\u00ed y m\u00e1s si son una BOMBA como esta!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tiempo atr\u00e1s, cuando hice <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/pionono-de-no-atun\/\" target=\"_blank\">este pionono<\/a>, les dije que en una pr\u00f3xima entrega me animar\u00eda a hacer esta versi\u00f3n dulce. Bueno, me demor\u00e9 m\u00e1s de un a\u00f1o, pero ac\u00e1 est\u00e1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/brazo2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6574\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">El pionono<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Cambi\u00e9 un poco la receta, porque lo hice de chocolate y, aunque en el primer intento s\u00f3lo reemplac\u00e9 la harina de arroz por cacao, el resultado no me convenci\u00f3: queda bastante salado y con mucho sabor azufrado por la harina de garbanzos, as\u00ed que la segu\u00ed modificando hasta dar con la que les comparto hoy.  Sale delicioso, eso s\u00ed, sigue siendo una masa muy fr\u00e1gil, as\u00ed que recomiendo lo mismo que en la receta anterior: paciencia para batir, m\u00e1s paciencia para desmoldar y muuuuuucho cuidado para enrollar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La crema<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Yo quer\u00eda hacerlo tooooooooodo de chocolate, as\u00ed que hice la crema de tofu con chocolate que Lol\u00e9t nos hab\u00eda compartido en esta serie de <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/3-versiones-de-crema-chantilly\/\" target=\"_blank\">cremas tipo chantilly<\/a>, pero ustedes pueden elegir la que m\u00e1s les guste. Esta de chocolate es una cosa de locos: lleva un mont\u00f3n de chocolate pero, les confieso que yo le puse un poco menos: para 500 g de tofu us\u00e9 solo 300 g de chocolate amargo y en vez de d\u00e1tiles endulc\u00e9 con az\u00facar impalpable, s\u00f3lo porque ya me hab\u00eda gastado todos los d\u00e1tiles que ten\u00eda en endulzar el yogur que hacemos en el <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/cursos-on-demand\/\" target=\"_blank\">curso on demand de l\u00e1cteos vegetales<\/a>. Qued\u00f3 genial. Recomiendo dejarla enfriar en heladera para que tome consistencia y batirla antes de rellenar el pionono para aflojarla un poco y que no est\u00e9 tan densa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div harina de trigo, la f\u00e9cula de mandioca, el cacao, la sal , el bicarbonato, el polvo para hornear y 3 cucharadas de az\u00facar impalpable.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-6572-step-0-1\" media de agua, el aceite, la vainilla y batir con batidor de alambre. Reservar.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-6572-step-0-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">En otro bol, colocar el aquafaba previamente reducido (hay que llevarlo a fuego y esperar que reduzca a la mitad. Dejar enfriar a temperatura ambiente). Agregar una cucharadita de cremor t\u00e1rtaro y batir con batidora el\u00e9ctrica hasta que espume.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-6572-step-0-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">De a poco, agregar las tres cucharadas de az\u00facar impalpable, mientras se continua batiendo. Es mejor si utilizar un jarrito cernidor.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-6572-step-0-4\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Batir hasta que la mezcla forme picos. Agregar la goma xantana y batir un poco m\u00e1s.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-6572-step-0-5\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Con ayuda de una esp\u00e1tula y movimientos envolventes, agregar la primera mezcla al &quot;merengue&quot;. Hacerlo con mucho cuidado para evitar que la espuma se baje.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-6572-step-0-6\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Colocar la mezcla en una placa rectangular (30 x 40 cm) para horno con placa de silicona o bien aceitada y enharinada.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-6572-step-0-7\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Llevar a horno precalentado al m\u00ednimo durante 15 minutos aproximadamente. Supervisar! Hay que evitar que la mezcla se cocine de m\u00e1s.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-6572-step-0-8\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Retirar del horno y esperar a que entibie. Desmoldar con mucho cuidado.<\/span><\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-group\"><h4 class=\"wprm-recipe-group-name wprm-recipe-instruction-group-name wprm-block-text-bold\">Para la crema:<\/h4><ul class=\"wprm-recipe-instructions\"><li id=\"wprm-recipe-6572-step-1-0\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Colocar el tofu trozado en el vaso de licuadora. Pulsar hasta obtener una pasta.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-6572-step-1-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Por otro lado, derretir el chocolate a ba\u00f1o mar\u00eda y a\u00f1adir las dos cucharadas de aceite de coco (si se desea) y el extracto de vainilla.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-6572-step-1-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Incorporar el chocolate derretido al baso de la licuadora, agregar el az\u00facar impalpable y pulsar hasta obtener una crema. Refrigerar por al menos 1 hora para que tome consistencia.<\/span><\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-group\"><h4 class=\"wprm-recipe-group-name wprm-recipe-instruction-group-name wprm-block-text-bold\">Para el armado:<\/h4><ul class=\"wprm-recipe-instructions\"><li id=\"wprm-recipe-6572-step-2-0\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Cortar los bordes del pionono para que quede parejo.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-6572-step-2-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Untar la superficie generosamente con m\u00e1s de la mitad de la crema de chocolate. Reservar el resto para decorar.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-6572-step-2-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Enrollar el pinono con mucho cuidado. Con ayuda de papel film es ideal para que no se rompa.
