Sin embargo, a veces me dan ganas de variar, por eso hace un tiempo les compart\u00ed esta receta de <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/pan-de-colores-para-hamburguesa\/\" target=\"_blank\">pancitos de colores<\/a>. Hoy ten\u00eda ganas del pan cl\u00e1sico, el tipo de Viena que es m\u00e1s dulz\u00f3n y s\u00faper esponjoso. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El sabor de este pan es muy similar a la <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/vegan-brioche\/\" target=\"_blank\">brioche<\/a> y la receta lleva m\u00e1s o menos los mismos ingredientes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para que salgan s\u00faper-h\u00edper-esponjosos, tengo dos secretitos:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Mezclar harina de trigo 0000 con la 000<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Colocar una fuente con agua en el horno para que se haga vapor<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Son s\u00faper f\u00e1ciles de hacer y quedan riqu\u00edsimos!<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img Acomodarlos en una placa para horno previamente aceitada. Los panes de los panchos recomendamos colocarlos con cierta cercan\u00eda para que cuando leuden nuevamente, se peguen entre s\u00ed y queden a\u00fan m\u00e1s tiernos.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-6577-step-0-6\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Cubrir los panes con pa\u00f1o h\u00famedo y dejar reposar aproximadamente 1 hora m\u00e1s, en un lugar c\u00e1lido.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-6577-step-0-7\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Encender el horno a temperatura fuerte y colocar una fuente para horno con agua en el piso del mismo para que genere vapor. <\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-6577-step-0-8\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Mientras tanto, mezclar dos partes de leche vegetal con una parte de aceite de oliva, batir y con la mezcla resultante pincelar los panes varias veces.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-6577-step-0-9\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Una vez que el horno est\u00e9 bien caliente hornear los panes. A los 10\/15 minutos, bajar la temperatura a moderada y retirar la fuente con agua.
