Hay unos pasos que aconsejo no saltarse para que queden crocantes hechos al horno, sin frituras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Hay que quitarles el coraz\u00f3n. S\u00ed, as\u00ed de cruel como suena. El centro del zucchini (o calabac\u00edn, como lo llaman en otros pa\u00edses) es pura agua. Si lo dejamos, no hay forma de que los bastoncitos cobren firmeza. No se preocupen que no lo vamos a desechar. Ya dijimos una y mil veces que la comida no se tira. Con el coraz\u00f3n de zucchini recomiendo hacer este <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/dressing-saludable\/\" target=\"_blank\">aderezo<\/a> que pueden usar para <em>dippear<\/em> los bastoncitos o hacer este exquisito <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/brownie-vegano\/\" target=\"_blank\">brownie<\/a> para comer de postre.<\/li><li>Hay que dejarlos secar sobre papel de cocina absorbente. Unos 30 minutos es suficiente. Yo los puse sobre el papel y arriba de una de esas rejillas que uso para ba\u00f1ar cosas en chocolate o para enfriar galletitas una vez que las saco del horno.<\/li><li>Hay que pasarlos por harina primero, luego por la liga y luego por la mezcla de pan rallado y magias. Esta regla, que yo llamo &#8220;la sant\u00edsima trinidad&#8221; de los rebozados, es clave para conseguir una buena adherencia del empanado y un crocor \u00fanico. Ac\u00e1 la usamos en varias recetas como en estas <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/merluza-vegana\/\" target=\"_blank\">milangas de merluza<\/a> o en estos <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/nuggets-de-tofu\/\" target=\"_blank\">nuggets de tofu<\/a>.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/bastoncitos-de-zucchini2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6631\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">En cuanto a la cocci\u00f3n<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Si quieren pueden fre\u00edrlos. Yo no soy fan de las frituras, no s\u00f3lo porque caen pesadas y no son saludables, sino porque se me inunda la casa de olor a fritanga y bueno, como soy team #MonicaGeller, tengo que limpiar hasta las paredes para sentir que lo saco.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aconsejo hacerlos al horno untando la asadera con aceite y ech\u00e1ndoles un chorrito de aceite por encima. Vuelta y vuelta para que el dorado sea parejo. Tambi\u00e9n, si tienen, pueden hacerlos en una de esas cacerolas que suplantan muy bien al horno. Yo las uso mucho porque me siento un poco irresponsable prendiendo el aire acondicionado para prender el horno con ESTA CALOR, como dir\u00eda nuestra abuela, as\u00ed que lo prob\u00e9 y quedaron
