PEEEEEEEERO hete aqu\u00ed, nosotras la veganizamos con ingredientes muuuucho m\u00e1s saludables, sin resignar a su poderoso sabor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfC\u00f3mo reemplazamos? As\u00ed: <\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Los huevos y la crema de leche:<\/strong> por tofu sedoso o tofu firme mezclado con agua + sal Kala Namak y c\u00farcuma.<\/li><li><strong>La panceta:<\/strong> por esta panceta de berenjena que les ense\u00f1amos ac\u00e1. La misma proporci\u00f3n que ense\u00f1amos en la receta es la que lleva esta tarta.<\/li><li><strong>El queso:<\/strong> por levadura nutricional y este <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/queso-estilo-gruyere\/\" target=\"_blank\">queso de lupines<\/a> rallado. Si hacen nuestro <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/cursos-on-demand\/\" target=\"_blank\">curso de l\u00e1cteos vegetales<\/a>, tambi\u00e9n pueden usar el parmesano que ense\u00f1amos all\u00ed. Le sienta de maravilla.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Menci\u00f3n aparte merece la masa quebrada, que es muy similar a la que usamos <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/tarta-de-peras-y-crema-pastelera\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ac\u00e1<\/a>, pero en versi\u00f3n salada y puede usarse para decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Colocar la harina, la sal kala namak, la pizca de az\u00facar y la c\u00farcuma en un bol. Mezclar.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-6640-step-0-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Agregar la margarina e integrar con los dedos. No debe amasarse demasiado, simplemente hasta formar un bollo de masa firme.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-6640-step-0-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Envolver con film y descansar en la heladera por al menos 20 minutos.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-6640-step-0-4\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Pasado ese tiempo, estirar el bollo cubri\u00e9ndolo con film o papel de horno, con ayuda de un palo de amasar.
