Cuando \u00e9ramos chicas mam\u00e1 la preparaba con salsa y queso, a mis hermanas les encantaba ese plato, a mi hermano y a m\u00ed nos ten\u00eda que cocinar otra cosa!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuando crec\u00ed la prob\u00e9 de nuevo, porque claro, los gustos cambian! Pero no hubo \u00e9xito. Alguna vez la hice al horno, tipo crackers, pero nada. Segu\u00eda sin parecerme rica. Pero hace muy poquito, mi cu\u00f1ada Moni, estuvo en casa mientras nos fuimos unos d\u00edas al mar. Y como cena de bienvenida nos dej\u00f3 preparada una pizza de polenta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yo no s\u00e9 si fue el hambre voraz con el que llegu\u00e9, la emoci\u00f3n de tener la cena lista o simplemente que estaba deliciosa lo que hizo que me olvidara de que no me gustaba! Claramente fue esto \u00faltimo, es que estaba riquisima! As\u00ed que ooobviamente le ped\u00ed la receta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aunque modifiqu\u00e9 algunas cosas, lo que me pareci\u00f3 copado es que no lleva salsa de tomate. Y esto por qu\u00e9 lo aclaro, pues porque la salsa hace que la polenta jam\u00e1s se crocante y quede toda blanda. La idea de esta pizza es que tenga lo que se llama &#8220;piso&#8221;, eso es lo que la hace deliciosa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/pizza-de-polenta2-1.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/pizza-de-polenta2-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6695\"\/><\/a><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Algo MUY importante a destacar. Al preparar la polenta est\u00e1 bueno hacerla con caldo en lugar de agua, para que tenga m\u00e1s sabor. Si no ten\u00e9s se puede usar agua y tal vez condimentar con ajo en polvo o alg\u00fan condimento que te guste. En este caso yo us\u00e9 el <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/caldo-concentrado\/\">caldo concentrado<\/a> de Marula, que AMO y me sirve para usar en miles de recetas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lo que le pongas encima puede variar, pero es mejor usar vegetales que no pierdan agua. As\u00ed no ocurre lo mismo que con la salsa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con respecto al queso, SIEMPRE tengo en mi heladera el que ense\u00f1amos en nuestra magistral <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/cursos-on-demand\/\">CLASE ON-DEMAND<\/a>. Te aseguro que una vez que pruebes esa muzza querr\u00e1s ponersela a TODOS tus platos. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Y si despu\u00e9s de probar esta receta sigue sin parecerte rica la polenta y quer\u00e9s otra opci\u00f3n de pizza saludable, ac\u00e1 te dejo <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/ideas-para-que-los-chicos-coman-saludable\/\">esta<\/a> que en casa nos encanta!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por mi parte nada m\u00e1s que agregar, solo agradecer a cu\u00f1a que hizo que pudiera descubrir que la polenta si me gusta al final de cuentas, solo hab\u00eda que cambiar la
