Ac\u00e1 estamos como siempre nadando en otra direcci\u00f3n, la dif\u00edcil la que usa el salm\u00f3n (je!), porque este cacho de pescado que ven ac\u00e1 no es nada m\u00e1s ni nada menos que un TOFU MARINADO.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si bien ac\u00e1 en el blog tenemos este otro <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/carrot-lox\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">salm\u00f3n ahumado<\/a> y esta <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/merluza-vegana\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">merluza<\/a> hecha milanga, aclaro que esta idea no es nuestra, eh! La realidad es que vimos la receta en el Instagram de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bosh.tv\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Bosh!<\/a> y aunque al principio la hicimos tal cual para ver c\u00f3mo sal\u00eda, despu\u00e9s decidimos ajustarla a nuestro gusto y necesidades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/salmon02.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/salmon02.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6736\"\/><\/a><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Los ingredientes son s\u00faper f\u00e1ciles de conseguir y la receta es apta principiantes porque su mayor secreto es el marinado y ac\u00e1 les tiro los tips para que quede de rechupete: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Lo primer\u00edsimo que tenemos que hacer es unos cortes superficiales en el tofu. Yo los hice emulando la textura salmonil, pero pueden hacerlos c\u00f3mo les salga. Estos cortes tendr\u00e1n dos objetivos, primero, a nivel visual, embeber el tofu con el color del marinado y, segundo, a nivel sensorial, impregnarlo de sabor. <\/li><li>El menjunje conviene prepararlo la noche anterior y dejar el tofu marin\u00e1ndose en \u00e9l toooda la noche en un recipiente con tapa en la heladera. <\/li><li>Es importante que agreguemos alga nori al marinado para que el tofu realmente cobre gusto a mar. No basta con s\u00f3lo ponerlo como &#8220;piel&#8221; para cocinarlo.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>En fin, queda delicioso y realmente recuerda a comer un pedazo de salm\u00f3n al horno. Claro que no es igual, pues es CRUELTY FREE pero, mi humilde consejo es que lo prueben porque es una cosa espectacular!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter cuatro churrasquitos iguales de aproximadamente 60\/65 g cada uno. Realizarles cortes superficiales en el frente y dorso de cada churrasquito para que el marinado penetre bien.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-6738-step-0-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Mezclar la salsa de soja con el agua, la mostaza, una hoja de alga nori pulverizada, el ajo machacado, una ramita de romero y el trozo de remolacha. No es necesario mixear, el trozo de remolacha ir\u00e1 soltando color en el medio l\u00edquido.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-6738-step-0-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Colocar el menjunje en un recipiente con tapa, colocar los churrasquitos de tofu, tapar y sarandear un poco para que los churrasquitos se embeban de la salsa. Dejar descansar en la heladera durante toda la noche (o al menos 5 horas).<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-6738-step-0-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Al otro d\u00eda, precalentar el horno y disponer de una asadera engrasada con aceite de oliva.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-6738-step-0-4\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Cortar la otra hoja de alga nori en cuatro partes iguales, colocar los rect\u00e1ngulos de alga sobre la asadera y encima colocar los churrasquitos de tofu previamente marinados. Agregar una cucharada de salsa de marinado y el vino blanco o k\u00e9fir. Cubrir con papel de aluminio y hornear durante 15 minutos aproximadamente.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-6738-step-0-5\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Quitar el papel aluminio, agregar rodajas de lim\u00f3n y romero.
