Pero debo confesar que me daba un poco de fiaca. No tanto el armado de la masa, cosa que es realmente una papa, si no el hecho de tener al mismo tiempo dulce de leche y crema pastelera en casa. Un desaf\u00edo realmente dif\u00edcil de lograr cuando sos la FAN n\u00famero 1 de la crema amarilla. Puedo comerla a cucharadas, posta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con respecto al dulce de leche, ya saben, hago siempre la<a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/dulce-de-leche-repostero\/\"> receta que NO falla<\/a>. Y bueno, tambi\u00e9n puedo comerlo a cucharadas. Jajajaja<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Y para la crema pastelera <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/tarta-de-peras-y-crema-pastelera\/\">us\u00e9 esta<\/a>, que es infalible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La masa de estas bolas es muy simple y requiere de algo de paciencia, como la mayor\u00eda de las masas en realidad. Pero no tiene ning\u00fan secreto. Salvo, claro, que en lugar de usar huevo puse semillas de lino trituradas. Us\u00e9 la manteca que ense\u00f1amos a hacer en nuestro taller de l\u00e1cteos vegetales, pues porque si la tengo en la heladera tambi\u00e9n me la puedo comer a cucharadas!!! Jajajaja no, no es cierto, pero S\u00cd me la puedo comer TODA en un d\u00eda si la unto en pan. Cuando la prueben LES JURO que me van a entender.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Y por \u00faltimo la leche vegetal que ten\u00eda en la heladera, que era de avena.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para formar las bolas es importante que tengan en cuenta que hay que dejarlas leudar una vez que le dan la forma de pelotita, por lo tanto conviene hacerlas peque\u00f1as para que no crezcan demasiado, m\u00e1s que nada para que sean m\u00e1s f\u00e1ciles de fre\u00edr. Sepan que hay que sumergirlas en el aceite, porque si no no se cocinan bien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este tipo de factura es muy rica si est\u00e1 reci\u00e9n hecha, como la mayor\u00eda de los panificados, pero de un d\u00eda para el otro se engoma bastante. Mi consejo es que cocinen las que van a consumir y el resto de la masa la guarden en el freezer para otra ocasi\u00f3n.
