Y muchas ganas de comer burritos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pero no quer\u00eda hacer la t\u00edpica tortilla. Quer\u00eda una masa liviana, tipo la de panqueques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pens\u00e9 entonces en hacer los crepes sin tacc, pues para muches de ustedes ser\u00eda una buena noticia!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Estos panqueques se pueden hacer con cualquier otra harina libre de gluten, ya sea de lentejas o de arroz integral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La receta lleva un ingrediente que, si bien es opcional, recomiendo que lo agreguen ya que le aporta flexibilidad a la masa. Sin \u00e9l puede que se quiebren un poco al doblarlos cuando los rellenen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La masa la pueden hacer en el momento, no hace falta que descanse, como los <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/pan-que-ques\/\">panqueques<\/a> tradicionales. En cuanto al m\u00e9todo de cocci\u00f3n, us\u00e9 el mismo tip que Marula. Es FUNDAMENTAL pincelar con aceite la sart\u00e9n o panquequera antes de volcar la preparaci\u00f3n!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para el relleno us\u00e9 lo que ten\u00eda en la heladera. Hice una mayonesa de porotos, pero pueden cambiarla por <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/hummus-de-lupines\/\">hummus<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/mayonesa-de-aquafaba\/\">mayonesa tradicional <\/a>o cualquier otro aderezo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Salte\u00e9 unos portobellos, hidrat\u00e9 tomates, rall\u00e9 zanahoria y le agregu\u00e9 hojas verdes y palta.
