Claro, es un bud\u00edn que no lleva huevos, con lo cual, su miga es mas tirando a blanca. Pero como ustedes saben, yo me dedico al dise\u00f1o y a m\u00ed TODO me entra por los ojos, con lo cual, me puse a pensar la manera de darle color al bud\u00edn pero sin cambiar mucho su sabor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hice varias pruebas, us\u00e9 c\u00farcuma, mezcl\u00e9 el jugo de lim\u00f3n con jugo de naranja, pero el color segu\u00eda sin convencerme. HASTA QUEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Decid\u00ed emplear jugo de zanahoria. Solo unas gotas de esta maravilla mezcladas con el jugo de lim\u00f3n har\u00e1n que tu bud\u00edn se vea de un hermoso color dorado sin aportar sabor.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/budin-de-arandanos2.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/budin-de-arandanos2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6811\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>El contraste con los ar\u00e1ndanos es ARRRRRMOSO y la capa de glaseado de lim\u00f3n por encima le da el toque final.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Antes de poner la receta completa dejo algunos tips!<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Al hacerlo de lim\u00f3n, necesitamos un toque m\u00e1s de endulzante, el que sea que uses. Nuestra f\u00f3rmula dice 1\/2 taza de az\u00facar cada 2 tazas de harina, pero en este caso lo sub\u00ed a 3\/4 taza.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Usamos el jugo de 1 lim\u00f3n y el resto lo completamos con agua, el gusto a lim\u00f3n se lo da la ralladura. Si ponemos demasiado jugo de lim\u00f3n, necesitaremos m\u00e1s az\u00facar para contrarrestar la acidez. Te gusta m\u00e1s limonoso? Pon\u00e9s m\u00e1s ralladura.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Si le vas a poner ar\u00e1ndanos, pod\u00e9s usar frescos o congelados, siempre rebozalos con un poco de harina para que no se vayan al fondo de la budinera.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El horno debe estar SIEMPRE precalentado y a temperatura moderada a baja. Solo vos conoc\u00e9s tu horno, si ves que levanta mucho, ponelo muy al m\u00ednimo. Si es m\u00e1s suave, mantenelo moderado. Si el horno est\u00e1 demasiado caliente, el bud\u00edn se quema por fuera y queda crudo por dentro. Ante la duda, horno bajo y que demore m\u00e1s tiempo en cocinarse.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Para que te quede una capa pareja de glaseado, lo ideal es glasearlo dentro del molde, as\u00ed las paredes del mismo evitar\u00e1n que el glaseado chorree para los costados y har\u00e1n que se quede todo arribita.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>ENJOY!<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure
