Es un s\u00faper alimento y realmente muy vers\u00e1til. Con ella preparo <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/leche-de-avena\/\">leche,<\/a> con la que hago la mejor versi\u00f3n de pur\u00e9 de papas que puedan imaginar. Me gusta hacer <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/turron-de-avena\/\">postres<\/a> -el relleno del <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/lemon-pie\/\">lemon pie<\/a> no sale igual sin esta leche-. Tambi\u00e9n barritas de cereales, porridges, <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/torta-tausali\/\">esta torta <\/a>que es lo m\u00e1s y obviamente, las TAN alagadas por nuestro p\u00fablico SIEMPRE, <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/milanesas-de-avena\/\">nuestras milangas.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pero como muchos y muchas sabr\u00e1n, a veces la avena puede caer pesada, o no ser muy digestiva. Pues, al igual que otros cereales, legumbres y semillas, la avena naturalmente contiene sustancias llamadas antinutrientes, cuya funci\u00f3n es asegurar que el grano germine cuando las condiciones est\u00e1n dadas. Los antinutrientes no son eliminados por la industria en su proceso de conversi\u00f3n a hojuelas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5>Entonces, cu\u00e1l es la mejor manera de consumirla?<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<h5><strong>Remojar y fermentar<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Si bien podemos crear una fermentaci\u00f3n natural de la avena, partiendo de remojarla en agua y dej\u00e1ndola al menos durante 2 d\u00edas, existen otras formas para fermentar y as\u00ed acelerar el proceso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lo ideal es incorporar al remojo algo de temperatura con agua tibia y alg\u00fan cultivo vivo: yogur, avena fermentada previamente, k\u00e9fir o alg\u00fan medio \u00e1cido: jugo de lim\u00f3n o vinagre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/budin-de-avena_2.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/budin-de-avena_2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6838\"\/><\/a><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Un dato NO MENOR, es que la fermentaci\u00f3n permite que se desarrollen nuevos sabores en la avena, por lo que tambi\u00e9n nos va a parecer mucho m\u00e1s sabrosa!
