En la heladera ves los 2 paquetes de espinaca que compraste para hacer una tarta y de repente se te enciende la lamparita: Ravioles! <em>&#8220;Pero tengo que hacer miles y voy a terminar AGOTADA&#8221;<\/em>, pens\u00e1s. Entonces record\u00e1s la otra receta que se hace con el mismo relleno: CANELONES! S\u00ed!!!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Busc\u00e1s la receta de los<a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/pan-que-ques\/\"> panqueques<\/a> y los prepar\u00e1s para que no tengas que hacer TOOOOOOODO al d\u00eda siguiente. Tambi\u00e9n lav\u00e1s la verdura y la dej\u00e1s lista. El <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/fideos-con-tuco\/\">tuco<\/a> pod\u00e9s hacerlo al otro d\u00eda, total es algo simple.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Record\u00e1s que ten\u00e9s un pedazo de muzza en el freezer y lo baj\u00e1s a la heladera. Tal vez no la uses en el relleno, pero siempre est\u00e1 bueno rallarla por encima para gratinar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Que queda? ahhhh, la RICOTA! Bueno, en la receta que les compartir\u00e9 a continuaci\u00f3n -que tambi\u00e9n encuentran en nuestro libro <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/comida-tipica-argentina-vegana\/\">Comida T\u00edpica Argentina Vegana<\/a>&#8211; la preparamos con tofu. Se puede dejar el ajo o retirar.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-6853-step-0-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Agregar una cucharada de levadura nutricional, sal y pimienta.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-6853-step-0-4\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Por otro lado, agregar al vaso de la licuadora, el tofu trozado, el jugo de lim\u00f3n, un chorrito de aceite de oliva, levadura nutricional y sal. Procesar. <\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-6853-step-0-5\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Agregar la mezcla salteada y pulsar unos segundos, hasta lograr una pasta r\u00fastica.<\/span><\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-group\"><h4 class=\"wprm-recipe-group-name wprm-recipe-instruction-group-name wprm-block-text-bold\">Para el armado:<\/h4><ul class=\"wprm-recipe-instructions\"><li id=\"wprm-recipe-6853-step-1-0\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Aceitar una fuente para horno. Rellenar los panqueques, enrollarlos y colcarlos en la fuente, tratando de dejar un espacio entre ellos para luego poder sacarlos sin romper. <\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-6853-step-1-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Salsear con abundante tuco, lo ideal es que queden todos tapados.
