Pero me encanta probar siempre vegetales nuevos y si me gustan, en la medida que se pueda trato de adoptarlos. As\u00ed lleg\u00f3 el topinambur, tupinambo, pataca, alcachofa de Jerusal\u00e9n o girasol de Canad\u00e1, a mi vida. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se trata de un tub\u00e9rculo, de aspecto similar al jengibre o la c\u00farcuma, al que se le atribuyen propiedades nutricionales y curativas. En algunos lugares tambi\u00e9n es conocido como &#8220;la papa del diab\u00e9tico&#8221; ya que es rico en inulina, un gl\u00facido con la capacidad de transformarse en fructosa en nuestro organismo, lo que lo hace tolerable para personas que padecen diabetes. Pero no es una papa, aunque el pur\u00e9 de topinambur es de las recetas m\u00e1s conocidas que se elaboran con este tub\u00e9rculo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/topinambur_2.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/topinambur_2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6878\"\/><\/a><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Para describirlo bien debo decir que parece un jengibre, se come como papa (aunque tambi\u00e9n se puede comer crudo) y sabe a ALCAUCILES! S\u00ed, tal como lo leen. Eso, particularmente, es lo que m\u00e1s me gust\u00f3. Parece que otras verduras ricas en inulina son los alcauciles (o alcachofas) y los esp\u00e1rragos, de ah\u00ed su sabor tan particular.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En este caso yo los hice asados y no les quit\u00e9 la piel porque compr\u00e9 org\u00e1nicos. Les puse un poco de oliva de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/oh.aceite.de.oliva\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Oh!<\/a> (pero tambi\u00e9n pueden usar <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/manteca\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">manteca<\/a>) romero y ajo y me parecieron espectaculares para acompa\u00f1ar una <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/?s=ensalada\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ensalada<\/a> poderosa o este <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/no-salmon\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">no-salm\u00f3n<\/a> al horno. As\u00ed que voy a seguir probando recetas! Eso s\u00ed, debo advertir que entre las veganas hermanas generaron algo de controversia, hasta ahora tenemos mi voto a favor, el de Lol\u00e9t en contra y la abstenci\u00f3n de Sabri.
