Entiendo que puede dar algo de fr\u00edo prepararlas en esta \u00e9poca, porque lo primero que se nos viene a la mente cuando baja el sol y se siente el frescor es llevarnos a la panza algo bien <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/pisto-manchego\/\">calentito<\/a>. Por eso, lo primero que tiene que tener una ensalada para que realmente nos tiente comerla en JUNIO es o son, mejor dicho, ingredientes tibios, lo segundo algo suculento, llenador. Y lo tercero, MUUUCHO sabor!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En este caso, el ingrediente principal es el arroz negro, del cual les habl\u00e9 la <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/arroz-negro-con-leche-de-coco\/\">semana pasada<\/a>. Me qued\u00e9 muy copada con \u00e9l, se nota? Es realmente MUY sabroso y, en lo personal, me gusta mucho su color, creo que este plato no hubiera quedado igual de atractivo con arroz integral o blanco.  El otro mega alimento que contiene es el TEMPEH, usamos el de nuestr@s amig@s de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/tempeh.ar\/\">TEMPEH AR,<\/a> 100% ORG\u00c1NICO, LIBRE DE GLUTEN Y DELICIOSO!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/ensalada_arroz_negro_2.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/ensalada_arroz_negro_2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6927\"\/><\/a><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>El tercer ingrediente es la palta. Perd\u00f3n, alguien concibe una ensalada sin ella? Y por \u00faltimo, pero no menos importante, boniato, hecho al horno, todo crocantito por fuera y tiernito por dentro. Mmmm, ya se me hizo agua la boca!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As\u00ed que la pr\u00f3xima vez que pienses en una ensalada para comer en invierno, ya sab\u00e9s, si re\u00fane las tres condiciones que te
