{"id":6951,"date":"2021-06-09T14:41:21","date_gmt":"2021-06-09T17:41:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/holavegan.com\/?p=6951"},"modified":"2026-04-12T18:18:42","modified_gmt":"2026-04-12T21:18:42","slug":"hotcakes-reciclados","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/holavegan.com\/en\/hotcakes-reciclados\/","title":{"rendered":"Hot cakes reciclados"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/hotcakes_negros_1.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/hotcakes_negros_1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6953\"\/><\/a><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Hace unas semanas les compart\u00ed la receta de este <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/arroz-negro-con-leche-de-coco\/\">arroz con leche<\/a>, s\u00faper original y delicioso, lo probaron?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Porque por ac\u00e1 lo hice de nuevo y esta vez dupliqu\u00e9 las cantidades, por eso hoy estoy escribiendo otra receta, jajajaja, es que sobr\u00f3 mucho, lo guard\u00e9 un par de d\u00edas y como ya me hab\u00eda empachado de comerlo decid\u00ed reciclarlo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por eso, antes que nada quiero aclarar que esta receta la hice medio a &#8220;ojo&#8221; con lo cual tal vez tengan que ajustar un poquito las cantidades, pero les aseguro que se dar\u00e1n cuenta qu\u00e9 ingrediente les va a faltar o sobrar, la mezcla debe quedar bastante densa, parecida a la de los <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/pan-que-ques\/\">panqueques<\/a> o a la de estos otros <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/vegan-hot-cakes\/\">hot cakes<\/a>!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/hotcakes_negros_2.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/hotcakes_negros_2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6954\"\/><\/a><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Quedaron realmente tiernos y deliciosos. Yo us\u00e9 harina de espelta, pero si no tienen pueden reemplazarla por alguna integral (en lo posible org\u00e1nica y s\u00faper fina) o la de algarroba puede quedar muy bien! No agregu\u00e9 NADA de az\u00facar, pues el arroz estaba endulzado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les aseguro que los hice en cuesti\u00f3n de minutos y transform\u00e9 algo que iba a tener que desechar en una
