Aunque me declaro FAN N\u00ba1 de las de <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/milanesas-de-avena\/\">avena<\/a> en sus dos <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/milanesas-de-avena-re-loaded\/\">versiones<\/a>, OBVIO!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pero las de berenjena, tienen eso que me gusta de &#8220;el crocor&#8221; por fuera y el purecito por dentro. Esa mezcla de contrastes me atrae mucho.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Como las hago seguido, esta vez decid\u00ed darles un &#8220;toque&#8221; diferente y las hice ahumadas (sugerencia de marido) y adem\u00e1s las hice fritas en lugar de cocinarlas en el horno. Un combo ideal para que queden bien bomb\u00edsticas, pero absolutamente deliciosas!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/milanga_ahumada_2.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/milanga_ahumada_2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6968\"\/><\/a><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Solo aclarar una cosa: en la mayor\u00eda de las recetas de milangas ahumadas, la berenjena va directo al fuego. En este caso decid\u00ed cortarlas antes y luego envolverlas en papel aluminio, para lograr el efecto ahumado pero sin tener que desperdiciar la c\u00e1scara. Si no quieren hacer ese paso podr\u00edan usar humo l\u00edquido en la liga, pero lo divertido de la receta es justamente usar el fuego para que se produzca la magia!<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Envolver con papel aluminio las partes cortadas agrup\u00e1ndolas en 2 grupos (de 5 o 4) para que sea f\u00e1cil maniobrarlas sobre el fuego de la hornalla.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-6966-step-0-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Colocar las envolturas directamente sobre el fuego dej\u00e1ndolas unos segundos sobre la hornalla e ir gir\u00e1ndolas para que se ahumen de manera pareja.
