Vale aclarar que cuando decimos &#8220;k\u00e9fir&#8221; nos referimos pura y exclusivamente al de agua, que es apto vegan, as\u00ed como cuando decimos &#8220;milanesas&#8221; nos referimos a las de avena, berenjena o cualquier otro ingrediente de origen vegetal. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Volviendo al tema, resulta que los n\u00f3dulos de k\u00e9fir -tambi\u00e9n conocidos como t\u00edbicos u hongos tibetanos, b\u00falgaros de agua y cristales japoneses, entre otros nombres- son ricos en lactobacilos. S\u00ed, esos mismos probi\u00f3ticos por los que nos suelen recomendar consumir l\u00e1cteos de origen animal, sin <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/no-mama-no-leche\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">todo lo malo de consumir l\u00e1cteos de origen animal<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En este blog ya hemos hablado en otras oportunidades de algunos fermentos ricos en probi\u00f3ticos como el <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/chucrut\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">chucrut<\/a> o el <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/kimchi\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">kimchi,<\/a> y claro que usamos k\u00e9fir en m\u00e1s de una preparaci\u00f3n, como en estas <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/dosas-panqueques-fermentados\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">dosas<\/a>, en varios quesos vegetales como este <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/queso-derretible-de-arroz\/\">derretible de arroz<\/a> o este <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/queso-firme-de-castanas-de-caju\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">firme de casta\u00f1as<\/a>, en las <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/longaniza\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">longanizas<\/a> y hasta en el <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/anana-fizz\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">anan\u00e1 fizz<\/a>, incluso lo usamos en varias de las recetas de nuestro <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/cursos-on-demand\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Curso de L\u00e1cteos Vegetales<\/a>, pero nunca pusimos la receta de esta &#8220;bebida sagrada&#8221; y como es algo que suelen preguntarnos a menudo, ac\u00e1 est\u00e1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">BENEFICIOS<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Act\u00faa como desintoxicante natural.<\/li><li>Fortalece el sistema nervioso y digestivo, contribuyendo a la flora intestinal, reduciendo la inflamaci\u00f3n gastrointestinal y colaborando en la absorci\u00f3n de nutrientes. <\/li><li>Mejora el sistema inmunol\u00f3gico.<\/li><li>Contiene numerosos microorganismos ben\u00e9ficos encargados de estimular la funci\u00f3n de las vitaminas en el cuerpo.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">PREPARACI\u00d3N:<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u00f3lo se necesitan 3 ingredientes, adem\u00e1s de los n\u00f3dulos, para prepararlo: agua, az\u00facar y un gajito de c\u00edtrico. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El <strong>agua<\/strong> debe ser pura, no estar clorada, por lo que no aconsejamos usar el agua directamente del grifo, sino hervirla o pasarla por un filtro de agua.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El <strong>az\u00facar<\/strong> debe ser lo menos refinada posible. Nosotras usamos mascabo, que es la que mejor nos ha resultado siempre, pero puede ser tambi\u00e9n un trozo de panela, o pueden mezclar con az\u00facar negro o rubio org\u00e1nico, o se puede reemplazar el az\u00facar por d\u00e1tiles, pasas de uva o sirope.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Como se prepara con az\u00facar, a muchas personas les preocupa que aporte dulzor a preparaciones como quesos, por ejemplo. Pero el az\u00facar act\u00faa como alimento para las bacterias, por lo que el agua resultante no es dulce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El trozo de <strong>fruta c\u00edtrica <\/strong>es opcional, nosotras usamos lim\u00f3n, naranja o pomelo. Colabora en la fermentaci\u00f3n y aporta otros nutrientes (fructosa, minerales). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Es importante destacar que no se debe manipular la preparaci\u00f3n con utensilios de metal, ya que arruinan el proceso de fermentaci\u00f3n. <\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>En cuanto al resto de los utensilios, necesitar\u00e1s un frasco de vidrio con o sin tapa (se puede tapar con un pa\u00f1o en caso de querer evitar que se produzcan gases y que la bebida salga ligeramente gasificada), filtro de tela y colador y una botella donde guardar el agua filtrada. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El tiempo de fermentaci\u00f3n puede variar de 1 a 3 d\u00edas seg\u00fan el resultado que se desee obtener: si se lo deja fermentar un d\u00eda, la bebida resultante ser\u00e1 m\u00e1s dulce y si se lo deja 3 ser\u00e1 m\u00e1s \u00e1cida. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se recomienda preparar lo que se va a consumir en el per\u00edodo de tiempo que se deja fermentar la siguiente tanda, as\u00ed los n\u00f3dulos est\u00e1n en constante acci\u00f3n. De todos modos como el agua de k\u00e9fir, una vez filtrada, dura hasta 15 d\u00edas en heladera, si no vas a darle uso a los n\u00f3dulos, tambi\u00e9n pod\u00e9s refrigerarlos en un frasco cubiertos con agua.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">C\u00f3mo consumirlo<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Si reci\u00e9n empez\u00e1s, recomendamos hacerlo de a poco, 1\/2 vasito en ayunas, e ir aumentando la dosis semana a semana, porque al principio puede estimular demasiado la actividad intestinal. Claro que una vez que tu cuerpo lo haya asimilado bien, pod\u00e9s consumir m\u00e1s e incluso m\u00e1s de una vez al d\u00eda, combinado con otros jugos, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfNecesit\u00e1s n\u00f3dulos?<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>En todo el mundo la premisa con el k\u00e9fir es regalarlo o donarlo. Naturalmente los n\u00f3dulos de k\u00e9fir se van reproduciendo y aumentando su comunidad, por lo que no cuesta nada cederlo, ya que no necesitamos m\u00e1s que un pu\u00f1ado por litro de agua que queramos hacer. Si te los quieren vender, \u00a1hu\u00ed! 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Sumar el gajito de lim\u00f3n y tapar con tapa (para que genere gas) o con un pa\u00f1o, para que respire. <\/span><\/div><\/li><li
