Bueno, como muches comentaron que lo com\u00edan en sopa, me aventur\u00e9 a prepararla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Encontr\u00e9 varias recetas en internet, algunas lo combinan con cosas no veganas tipo l\u00e1cteos de origen animal, otras con zanahoria u otros vegetales, pero yo fui con mi f\u00f3rmula b\u00e1sica y r\u00e1pida de sopas cremosas que ahora paso a contarles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">LA F\u00d3RMULA <em>FAST SOUP<\/em><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Lo que hago es tener SIEMPRE <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/caldo-concentrado\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">caldo concentrado<\/a> en el freezer. La \u00faltima vez lo hice con 3 kg de verduras, por lo que me salieron dos frascos GIGANTES para pasar el invierno. Con ese concentrado, agua, el vegetal de tu preferencia y algunas especias, condimentos y aceite, ya tendr\u00e1n un s\u00faper caldo para hacer una s\u00faper sopa crema. Del resto se encargar\u00e1 el mixer o la licuadora.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00bfPueden usar otro caldo? S\u00ed pueden, siempre y cuando sea apto vegan. De todas formas, creo que vale el esfuerzo dedicarse un d\u00eda a hacer su propio caldo concentrado porque, de esta manera se evitar\u00e1n todos los aditivos y conservantes que suele tener el comprado y eligen qu\u00e9 vegetales ponerle y cu\u00e1les no y hasta en qu\u00e9 proporci\u00f3n. Incluso, hasta pueden usarse los &#8220;desperdicios&#8221; de vegetales como los tallos de las zanahorias, los troncos del br\u00f3coli, etc. Tambi\u00e9n pueden variar la proporci\u00f3n de sal, eso s\u00ed tengan en cuenta que a menor cantidad de sal, m\u00e1s se congelar\u00e1 la mezcla, por lo que guardarla en un frasco no ser\u00e1 una opci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/topisoup2.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/topisoup2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-7070\"\/><\/a><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">LA PROPORCI\u00d3N <\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta proporci\u00f3n es para 2 porciones y se puede variar en funci\u00f3n de los comensales o los ingredientes que tengamos a mano. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1 litro de agua <\/li><li>1\/2 kilo de verdura (en este caso yo us\u00e9 s\u00f3lo topinambur)<\/li><li>2 a 3 cucharadas de <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/caldo-concentrado\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">caldo concentrado<\/a><\/li><li>1 cucharada de aceite de oliva <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/oh.aceite.de.oliva\/?hl=es\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Oh!<\/a> -opcional-<\/li><li>Sal (probar antes de rectificar, ya que el caldo es salado), pimienta<\/li><li>Y, en este caso, sum\u00e9 un poco de jengibre para potenciar el picor y 1\/2 cucharadita de cebolla en polvo<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Es importante destacar que los vegetales los pes\u00e9 sin pelar y que tambi\u00e9n se puede sumar, cebolla, verdeo, puerro, perejil o ajo si quisieran. Yo cuando utilizo el caldo concentrado no lo hago, para cocinar de modo m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido y simple y porque el caldo ya aporta toda la complejidad de sabor que una sopa requiere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al momento de servirla, s\u00f3lo agregu\u00e9 un chorrito de oliva y ciboulette picado. Y eso de fondo que se ve en las fotos es nuestro parmesano vegano del <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/curso-lacteos-1\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Curso de L\u00e1cteos Vegetales 1<\/a> y tambi\u00e9n le sent\u00f3 muy bien a esta sopita, lo recomiendo!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Espero que se animen a probarla con topinambur y, caso contrario, no dejen de hacer
