Si, le\u00edste bien, dice Camembert. Porque el Camembert vegano existe y se hace con el mismo hongo (Penicillium Camemberti) con el que se elabora el queso especista que todes conocemos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hace 4 a\u00f1os, cuando a\u00fan viv\u00eda en Holanda, hice un taller de quesos veganos en donde aprend\u00ed a preparar este delicioso queso, junto con el queso azul y otros quesos espectaculares. Me encanta saber prepararlos pero para ser honesta, me da much\u00edsima fiaca, porque llevan mucho tiempo y cuidados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lo bueno es que ahora, hay cada vez m\u00e1s opciones de quesos veganos artesanales y son incre\u00edbles. As\u00ed que ya no hay que hacerlos para poder disfrutarlos.
