Y este parmesano que us\u00e9 como ingrediente estrella es el que ense\u00f1amos en nuestro <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/curso-lacteos-1\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">CURSO DE L\u00c1CTEOS VEGETALES 1 <\/a>y en nuestro<a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/curso-de-quesos-vegetales\/\"> CURSO DE QUESOS VEGETALES<\/a>. Pero, claro que puede reemplazarse por otros <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/queso-estilo-gruyere\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">quesos vegetales rallables<\/a> o por levadura nutricional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Estas crackers llevan buena proporci\u00f3n de materia grasa, por lo que decid\u00ed usar <a href=\"https:\/\/tienda.vitalcer.com\/search\/?q=aceite+de+coco\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">neutral coconut oil<\/a> -aunque tambi\u00e9n se puede usar margarina-. Y tambi\u00e9n en la receta original llevaban huevo, que tranquilamente se puede obviar y usar alg\u00fan chorrito de agua o <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/category\/leches\/\">Plant-based milk<\/a>, pero decid\u00ed reemplazarlo por el huevo de lino dorado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">EL HUEVO DE LINO DORADO<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Es muy simple de hacer, van a encontrar diferentes proporciones y m\u00e9todos. El que a m\u00ed mejor me funciona es as\u00ed:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> 1 cucharada de <a href=\"https:\/\/tienda.vitalcer.com\/productos\/lino-dorado-organico-aiken-250gr\/\">lino dorado<\/a> a remojar en 4 cucharadas de agua tibia durante 15-30 minutos<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Luego proces\u00e1s con el mixer y se forma una especie de pasta espumosa y viscosa que recuerda un poco a la clara de huevo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Claro que se pueden triturar primero las semillas y luego remojar y tambi\u00e9n se puede hacer la misma mezclita huevil con <a href=\"https:\/\/tienda.vitalcer.com\/productos\/semillas-de-lino-500gr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">lino marr\u00f3n<\/a>, MI GENTE.  En general usamos las doradas porque est\u00e9ticamente &#8220;pegan m\u00e1s&#8221; por decirlo de alguna manera, pero casi no hay diferencia entre las propiedades de una y de otra m\u00e1s que el color, el precio y tal vez un poco el sabor (que parece ser un poco m\u00e1s fuerte en las doradas).<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/quesitas-6.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/quesitas-6.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-7145\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">LA FORMA &#x1f9c0;<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>La forma de quesito la vi en varias recetas y me encant\u00f3 porque le da ese toque especial. S\u00f3lo hay que cortar la masa en tri\u00e1ngulos y sustraerles c\u00edrculos peque\u00f1os. Como no tengo ning\u00fan cortante taaaaaan chiquito en mi cocina, us\u00e9 la tapita del <a href=\"https:\/\/www.terracosmeticanatural.com\/productos\/agua-de-rosas-tonico-facial-natural-60cc\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Agua de Rosas de Terra<\/a> que tanto amo, jaja! style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Una vez que la masa est\u00e9 formada, incorporar el queso rallado y amasar hasta integrar.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-7146-step-0-4\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Estirar la masa con palo de amasar hasta que quede de 3 a 5 mm de espesor. Cortar tri\u00e1ngulos y con ayuda de un cortante peque\u00f1o, sustraer c\u00edrculos de los tri\u00e1ngulos.
