Me puse a probar y ac\u00e1 est\u00e1n los resultados!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La idea de estas galletas es reemplazar las t\u00edpicas de arroz inflado por una versi\u00f3n m\u00e1s entera y casera. Las preparamos con solo 2 ingredientes: Arroz yaman\u00ed y semillas de ch\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El arroz yaman\u00ed puede reemplazarse por trigo sarraceno, sorgo o mijo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las semillas de ch\u00eda pueden reemplazarse por semillas de lino dorado o de psyllium.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es tan simple como cocer el cereal, formar una masa, unirla con semillas y armar las galletas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las galletas se cocinan al horno bajo hasta secarse, tambi\u00e9n se pueden deshidratar en horno deshidratador.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00e1cil, deliciosas como snack con untables de frutos secos o mayonesa de zanahoria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><a horas.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-7174-step-0-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Escurrir el arroz, enjuagar y cocinar en una olla con abundante agua hasta que est\u00e9 cocido (aproximadamente 40 minutos)<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-7174-step-0-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Colar bien el arroz y dejar enfriar.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-7174-step-0-4\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Pasar el arroz por el mixer hasta formar una &quot;masa&quot;, pueden quedar granos m\u00e1s enteros y otros deshechos.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-7174-step-0-5\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Agregar la sal y las semillas de ch\u00eda activadas e integrar bien.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-7174-step-0-6\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Humedecerse las manos y formar bolitas.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-7174-step-0-7\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Acomodar las bolitas en una placa para horno con papel antiadherente o l\u00e1mina de silicona. Dejar bastante espacio entre s\u00ed.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-7174-step-0-8\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Con las manos h\u00famedas o con ayuda de una esp\u00e1tula humedecida, aplastar las bolitas hasta formar una galleta. Cuanto m\u00e1s fina, m\u00e1s crujiente queda.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-7174-step-0-9\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Cocinar en horno bajo, preferentemente con convector, hasta que las galletas est\u00e9n doradas. Ir revis\u00e1ndolas para que no se quemen. Dependiendo del horno pueden llevar 15 minutos o m\u00e1s.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-7174-step-0-10\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Se ponen m\u00e1s crocantes al enfriarse.
