Nunca me gust\u00f3, como tampoco nunca toler\u00e9 las galletas de arroz hasta que Loli hizo <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/crackers-de-arroz\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u00e9stas<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta &#8220;receta&#8221; surgi\u00f3 de una charla de hermanas donde Sabri dijo que ten\u00edamos que hacer un alfajor tipo choco-arroz pero rico, Loli agreg\u00f3 que con estas <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/crackers-de-arroz\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">galletas de arroz<\/a> iba a ser imposible porque son muy crocantes y yo dije que por qu\u00e9 no retom\u00e1bamos la idea de las <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/trufas-crocantes\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">trufas crocantes<\/a> para armar las tapas y bueno, me toc\u00f3 llevarla a cabo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/alfapop_2.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/alfapop_2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-7330\"\/><\/a><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">EMPECEMOS POR EL PRINCIPIO<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Las tapas las prepar\u00e9 ya ba\u00f1adas, de alguna manera, porque lo que amalgama la quinoa pop es chocolate (en este caso, negro, pero puede ser <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/chocolate-blanco\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">blanco<\/a>). El ba\u00f1o posterior, es adicional y si no quer\u00e9s, no lo hac\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para el relleno simplemente mezcl\u00e9 pasta de man\u00ed con chocolate. No quer\u00eda usar la pasta de man\u00ed a secas, porque hasta la m\u00e1s firme es medio chirle y quer\u00eda evitar que el relleno se desbordara al morder el alfa-pop. Pero se pueden rellenar con lo mismo que estos <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/alfajores-saludables\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">otros alfajores<\/a>, con <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/dulce-de-leche-repostero\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Caramel candy<\/a>, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En cuanto a la forma, us\u00e9 unos moldes de muffin de silicona que son rectos y arm\u00e9 el alfajor en capas. Iba refrigerando cada capa antes de sumar la siguiente. No mucho, aproximadamente durante 5\/10 minutos. Me result\u00f3 tan pr\u00e1ctico que incluso despu\u00e9s del ba\u00f1o final volv\u00ed a meterlos en los moldes para evitar el cl\u00e1sico chorreado que se extiende por tooooda mi cocina, cada vez que ba\u00f1o alguna cosa en chocolate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con estas proporciones salen 6 alfajores grandes, pero record\u00e1 que entre las ventajas de hacer tus propias golosinas pod\u00e9s:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Adaptarlos a tu gusto y antojo, de tama\u00f1o, forma y sabor.<\/li><li>Ajustar la calidad de los ingredientes a tus capacidades y circunstancias.<\/li><li>Evitar la cantidad de conservantes y aditivos que suelen tener estos productos y buscar alternativas para hacerlos m\u00e1s nutritivos.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n<div Repartir la preparaci\u00f3n en seis moldes para muffins.
