Espero que no me hayan extra\u00f1ado tanto&#8230; Estuve varios d\u00edas ausente, ya que, he viajado por cuestiones familiares. He vuelto por un par de semanas a mi querida Argentina y ahora, puntualmente, estoy en Mar del Plata, disfrutando de la hermosa compa\u00f1\u00eda de mi familia.<br \/>\nMis hermanas me estuvieron mimando con preparaciones veganas deliciosas, de hecho, en este mism\u00edsimo momento, est\u00e1n preparando pizzas.<br \/>\nDecid\u00ed abstraerme un ratito para subir una receta al blog, una de las que son muy muy saludables y muy muy f\u00e1ciles, ya que pueden prepararla con lo que tengan.<br \/>\nEsta ensalada tiene como principal ingrediente a los porotos mung o porotos chinos. Se trata de un alimento muy nutritivo y delicioso. He visto que se consigue aqu\u00ed en diet\u00e9ticas, as\u00ed que no hay excusas!<br \/>\nLos porotos mung\u00a0tienen un alto contenido de prote\u00ednas y antioxidantes. Contienen vitaminas A, C, E y B.
