Solemos llamarlo &#8220;Licuado de Sim\u00f3n&#8221; porque es uno de sus favoritos. Me puse a pensar un nombre que contara un poco m\u00e1s sobre este maravilloso batido, pero es que lleva bastantes ingredientes y no decid\u00eda cu\u00e1les dejar o sacar del nombre para que no fuese demasiado largo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Me decid\u00ed por el color, aunque tampoco es rojo rojo, pasa que se hace con los llamados frutos rojos, frutas rojas o frutas del bosque, que son frutillas, frambuesas, ar\u00e1ndanos y moras (hay m\u00e1s, pero estos son los que usamos nosotres).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As\u00ed que ac\u00e1 lo ten\u00e9s el <strong>RED RED SMOOTHIE<\/strong>, listo en pocos minutos e irresistible.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/redsmoothie2.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/redsmoothie2.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-7393\" style=\"width:680px;height:900px\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">LOS FRUTOS ROJOS<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>En casa tenemos siempre en el freezer, los compramos congelados, as\u00ed que est\u00e1n disponibles todo el a\u00f1o, abr\u00eds la bolsa, met\u00e9s en la licuadora, LISTO, no ten\u00e9s que lavar, pelar ni cortar nada. La practicidad ante todo, my friend.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">BANANA<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>Es la fruta que no puede faltar. La tenemos fresca, otra tanda madurando y otra tanda congelada pues, con ella tambi\u00e9n hacemos <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/helado-cremoso-de-frutillas\/\">ice cream<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">PASTA DE MANI<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>Infaltable, la hacemos en casa con man\u00ed de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/vitalcer_oficial\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Vitalcer<\/a>, se la ponemos a TODO. Aporta calcio, omega 3, es antiinflamatoria, hipotensiva, antioxidante, laxante, digestiva, depurativa, vitam\u00ednica y remineralizante. AMOR TOTAL POR ELLAS! Donde puedas ponerlas, ponelas!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>OKAY, con toooooooodo, es este licuado espectacular, sac\u00e1 y agreg\u00e1 a tu antojo, las cantidades son a gusto y piacere. Cuantos m\u00e1s frutos rojos, m\u00e1s \u00e1cido, cuanta m\u00e1s banana, m\u00e1s dulce, cuanta m\u00e1s leche es m\u00e1s l\u00edquido, cuanta m\u00e1s pasta de man\u00ed, mas cremoso y
