Despu\u00e9s fui educando mi paladar o aprendiendo a comerlo m\u00e1s pausadamente, no s\u00e9, porque el motivo de que no me gustara cuando chica era el famoso <em>brain freeze<\/em> (cerebro congelado), una reacci\u00f3n del cerebro para protegerse de los cambios dr\u00e1sticos de temperatura. As\u00ed que cuando pap\u00e1 compraba helado, a mi me tra\u00eda un yogur o mantecol o dulce de leche.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Peeeeeeero, s\u00ed tengo el recuerdo de comer Patal\u00edn &#8220;sabor a frutilla, sabor bien helado, lo hace Lap*nia, seguile los pasos&#8221;. \u00a1Era el \u00fanico helado que me gustaba!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-4-3 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe title=\"Camino y no lo encuentro... no hay m\u00e1s Laponia ni tampoco PATALIN\" width=\"1333\" height=\"1000\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/310_-x1HIdI?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Un helado de lo m\u00e1s simpl\u00f3n, pero con una formita que llamaba la atenci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Como es \u00e9poca de frutillas y el bols\u00f3n de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/banana.che\/?hl=es-la\">Banana Che<\/a> lo sabe, \u00a1hay que aprovecharlas! as\u00ed que decid\u00ed recrear esta paleta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Algunos consejos<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Para la crema us\u00e9 la base de esta <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/3-versiones-de-crema-chantilly\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">crema tipo chantilly<\/a> de caj\u00fa pero, en lugar de endulzar con d\u00e1tiles, us\u00e9 az\u00facar impalpable para que no me modificara el color. Tambi\u00e9n pueden usar la versi\u00f3n de coco o la crema para batir que ense\u00f1amos en nuestro <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/curso-lacteos-2\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Curso de L\u00e1cteos Vegetales II<\/a>. <\/li><li>Az\u00facar puse poca cantidad y una pizca de sal que siempre ayuda a resaltar el dulzor, pero, si lo quieren m\u00e1s dulce, agreguen! <\/li><li>Para darle m\u00e1s cremosidad, agregu\u00e9 dos cosas: goma xantana y aceite de coco. La goma xantana apaga un poco los sabores, as\u00ed que hay que usarla con cautela.<\/li><li>Yo us\u00e9 frutillas naturales y para potenciar su sabor, le agregu\u00e9 apenas unas gotas de extracto de vainilla. <\/li><li>Para lograr un color m\u00e1s intenso, agregu\u00e9 remolacha en polvo, pueden usarla en pur\u00e9 o jugo, cambiar por colorante o no poner nada, es solamente una cuesti\u00f3n est\u00e9tica -como el molde de patitas que AMO, y consegu\u00ed en Mercado Libre, por si les sirve la data-.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>No tiene muchos secretos, as\u00ed que vamos a la
