Est\u00e1 hecha con harina de espelta, (<a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/harinas-de-trigo-y-algo-mas\/\">ya hemos hablado en otra oportunidad de sus beneficios<\/a>) y tambi\u00e9n tiene harina de lentejas (en menor proporci\u00f3n) que le aporta gran sabor, color y obvio que algo de nutrientes tambi\u00e9n!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery columns-3 is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\"><ul class=\"blocks-gallery-grid\"><li class=\"blocks-gallery-item\"><figure><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/tarta_tofu_2.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/tarta_tofu_2.jpg\" alt=\"\" data-id=\"7552\" class=\"wp-image-7552\"\/><\/a><\/figure><\/li><li class=\"blocks-gallery-item\"><figure><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/tarta_tofu_3.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/tarta_tofu_3.jpg\" alt=\"\" data-id=\"7553\" data-link=\"https:\/\/holavegan.com\/?attachment_id=7553\" class=\"wp-image-7553\"\/><\/a><\/figure><\/li><li class=\"blocks-gallery-item\"><figure><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/tarta_tofu_4.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/tarta_tofu_4.jpg\" alt=\"\" data-id=\"7554\" data-full-url=\"https:\/\/holavegan.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/tarta_tofu_4.jpg\" data-link=\"https:\/\/holavegan.com\/?attachment_id=7554\" class=\"wp-image-7554\"\/><\/a><\/figure><\/li><\/ul><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Si quisieran reemplazar la espelta, les recomiendo usar alg\u00fan tipo de harina integral, o centeno, ya que contienen algo de gluten (como la Espelta) pero en mucha menos cantidad que la de trigo, y as\u00ed no dejar\u00eda de ser una masa saludable!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para el relleno us\u00e9 espinaca salteada, podr\u00edan reemplazarla por acelga o tambi\u00e9n le podr\u00eda quedar muy bien los zucchinis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/tofu-firme\/\">tofu <\/a>es irremplazable en esta receta, peeeeeeeeerooooooooo, para aquelles que no consumen soja se me ocurre que unas casta\u00f1as de caj\u00fa + leche + los condimentos podr\u00edan ir muy bien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En cuanto a los portobellos, son opcionales, a m\u00ed me gusta la textura, sabor y color que le aportan, si no los van a usar, les recomiendo agregar m\u00e1s espinaca a la preparaci\u00f3n. Y si quisieran agregarle queso obviamente es v\u00e1lido. block;\">Tamizar los polvos, agregar la sal, el aceite de coco y por \u00faltimo la leche vegetal de a poco, hasta lograr una masa homog\u00e9nea.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li block;\">Colocar la masa en la placa o fuente (25&#215;15) pinchar con tenedor y llevar a horno fuerte (precalentado) durante 10 minutos aprox.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-7543-step-0-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Sacar del horno y class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Lavar y escurrir muy bien la espinaca.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-7543-step-1-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Saltearla en una sart\u00e9n con un chorrito de aceite de oliva y el diente de ajo pelado y cortado a la mitad.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-7543-step-1-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Por otro lado, colocar el tofu, la sal y pimienta, la c\u00farcuma, la levadura nutricional, las gotas de lim\u00f3n, el aceite de oliva, la leche vegetal y (si quisieran medio diente de ajo que usaron para saltear la espinaca) en la licuadora. Pulsar hasta que se forme una crema. No debe estar muy espesa, pero tampoco muy ligera. debe quedar como la consistencia de una crema para cocinar.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-7543-step-1-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Por otro lado, con la otra mitad del diente de ajo, saltear los portobellos previamente fileteados, agregar una pizca de sal y unas gotas de lim\u00f3n.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-7543-step-1-4\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Mezclar la crema obtenida con las espinacas y los portobellos y volcar la preparaci\u00f3n sobre la masa que reservamos.
