Entonces el halva se convirti\u00f3 en parte del ritual de llegada de Loli y en uno de los dulces favoritos de todes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se trata de un postre tipo el &#8220;mantecol&#8221; (del cual siempre fui fan\u00e1tica y gracias a que Sabri cre\u00f3 <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/mantecol-receta-facil\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">la mejor versi\u00f3n del mundo mundial y <em>plant based<\/em><\/a>, puedo decir que sigo siendo la fan number one). Este es un postre CARO, as\u00ed que amerita una celebraci\u00f3n especial, no es cosa de todos los d\u00edas. Ojo, no vengan ahora a decir <em>&#8220;\u00bfven que comer vegano es m\u00e1s caro?<\/em>&#8221; porque este postre lo es en versi\u00f3n no vegana tambi\u00e9n (de hecho en versi\u00f3n original es m\u00e1s caro porque al usar &#8220;productos&#8221; que derivan de animales, hay que sumar el costo alt\u00edsimo para los animales y el ambiente). Los pistachos suelen ser caripelos (<a href=\"https:\/\/tienda.vitalcer.com\/productos\/pistachos-tostados-salados-250gr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">aunque en Vitalcer se consiguen a buen precio<\/a>) y el tahine tambi\u00e9n.<\/li><li>El factor b\u00fasqueda del tesoro. Ja! Es que conseguir leche en polvo VEGANA es una figurita dif\u00edcil y esta versi\u00f3n facilonga de este postre NECESITA leche en polvo vegetal. Yo us\u00e9 una de coco muy buena que compro por Mercado Libre.<\/li><li>La cuesti\u00f3n del dulzor. Este postre resulta bastante dulce y puede empalagar f\u00e1cilmente. Mi secreto es usar pistachos tostados y salados para contrastar y tambi\u00e9n aconsejo reemplazar un cuarto taza de az\u00facar y de leche en polvo por harina de almendras o de casta\u00f1as de caj\u00fa. para hacerlo menos empalagoso.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n<div id=\"recipe\"><\/div><div id=\"wprm-recipe-container-7573\" class=\"wprm-recipe-container\" data-recipe-id=\"7573\" Puede ser de vidrio, enlozado, etc. Tambi\u00e9n puede usarse papel manteca en lugar de aceite.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-7573-step-0-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Colocar los pistachos picados en el fondo, de manera que cubran toda la superficie.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-7573-step-0-4\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Agregar el arenado y compactar bien con ayuda de las manos o bien con la base de un vaso.
