{"id":7557,"date":"2021-12-09T18:30:54","date_gmt":"2021-12-09T21:30:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/holavegan.com\/?p=7557"},"modified":"2026-04-12T18:27:25","modified_gmt":"2026-04-12T21:27:25","slug":"matambre-arrollado-sin-gluten","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/holavegan.com\/en\/matambre-arrollado-sin-gluten\/","title":{"rendered":"Matambre arrollado SIN GLUTEN"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/matambre01.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/matambre01.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-7558\"\/><\/a><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Llegan estas fechas y me doy cuenta de que estoy un poco aburrida del men\u00fa festivo, sieeeeeeeempre las mismas cosas, que el <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/vitel-tone-vegano\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Vitel Ton\u00e9<\/a>, el <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/pionono-de-no-atun\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Pionono<\/a>, la <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/torre-de-panqueques\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Torre de panqueque<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/torre-de-panqueques\/\">s<\/a>, los <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/turrones-de-navidad\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Turrones<\/a>, ppppfffffffff.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sin embargo, los otros d\u00edas cuando en una encuesta de <em>Insta Stories<\/em> preguntamos qu\u00e9 platos festivos les gustar\u00eda que veganicemos, una de las respuestas fue el <strong>matambre arrollado<\/strong>, pero con un detalle: GLUTEN FREE!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/matambre03.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/matambre03.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-7560\"\/><\/a><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Voy a ser honesta con esto: NUNCA me gust\u00f3 el matambre arrollado. Lo com\u00eda porque estaba ah\u00ed, pero siempre prefer\u00ed otras cosas. A pesar de eso, decid\u00ed aceptar el desaf\u00edo cuando mis hermanas me encargaron la tarea de crear esta receta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En primer lugar, me inspir\u00e9 en esta <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/carne-vegetal-sin-gluten-y-deliciosa\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">carne vegetal sin gluten<\/a>, que hicimos el a\u00f1o pasado, pero \u00e9sta, es la versi\u00f3n 2.0, est\u00e1 mejorada, cambiando solo 2 ingredientes. El huevo duro no es otra cosa que m\u00e1s TOFU, el truco est\u00e1 en cortar cilindros de tofu con un cortapastas, hacerle un hueco en el centro y desmenuzar el tofu que sacamos del centro mezcl\u00e1ndolo con c\u00farcuma y condimentos, para luego rellenar la &#8220;yema&#8221;, pura magia para lograr el efecto visual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Te anim\u00e1s a prepararlo para estas fiestas? Ya te la imagin\u00e1s a la t\u00eda Norma preguntando: KHEEEEEEE? Eso es VEGANO? &#x1f633; y al t\u00edo Alberto comentando: Pero parece carne!
