No s\u00e9 si les pasa igual pero, con estas temperaturas, me da una fiaca tremenda cocinar. Ni que hablar de comer otra cosa que no sea ensalada, aunque comer siempre ensalada me aburre -muy a pesar de que ac\u00e1 tenemos unas re copadas como esta <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/ensalada-arpan\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Arp\u00e1n<\/a>, o esta <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/ensalada-mediterranea\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">mediterr\u00e1nea con pasta<\/a>, esta <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/ensalada-tibia-papas-tofu-rebozado\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">tibia<\/a> que es un fuego, la <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/ensalada-belen\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Bel\u00e9n<\/a> que les compartimos en <em>Insta<\/em> ayer y muchas m\u00e1s!-. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Perd\u00f3n que me vaya por la tangente, ah\u00ed vuelvo. Como les dec\u00eda, me da fiaca cocinar, me da no s\u00e9 qu\u00e9 comer otra cosa que no sea ensalada y, al mismo tiempo, me aburre comer siempre ensalada. Por eso los wraps son mis mejores aliados en esta \u00e9poca del a\u00f1o. Es que son lo m\u00e1s parecido a una ensalada en s\u00e1nguche. Frescos, f\u00e1ciles de preparar (\u00a1y de comer!) y, lo mejor que tienen es que son una opci\u00f3n <em>fast-good <\/em>que se puede variar como se les de la gana. O sea, en medio les cuento c\u00f3mo condiment\u00e9 el m\u00edo peeeeeeero, siguiendo estos consejos pueden adaptarlos a lo que quieran, como quieran.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">TORTILLAS<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>Ac\u00e1 est\u00e1 <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/tortillas-para-wraps\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">esta receta<\/a> que es infalible. Aunque, debo confesar, que yo us\u00e9 la receta sin gluten que ense\u00f1aremos en el curso de &#8220;Masas sin gluten&#8221; que est\u00e1 pronto a ver la luz. Tambi\u00e9n tienen una muy buena receta de tortillas sin gluten en nuestro libro <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/comida-internacional-vegana\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">COMIDA INTERNACIONAL VEGANA<\/a>. Y m\u00e1s vale que ac\u00e1 tienen <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/quesadillas-veganas-g-f\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">estas de ma\u00edz<\/a> que son deli.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Claro que tambi\u00e9n se pueden usar tortillas compradas, hojas de lechuga, kale, repollo blanco o colorado, <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/pan-naan\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">pan naan<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/pan-que-ques\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">panqueques<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/dosas-panqueques-fermentados\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">dosas<\/a>, papel de arroz o cualquier cosa que se pueda rellenarse, enrollarse y engullirse.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/wrapdetempeh-2.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/wrapdetempeh-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-7598\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">TEMPEH<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>Salvador, mejor amigo, <a href=\"https:\/\/tempeh.ar\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Tempeh.ar <\/a>que siempre tenemos cortado en fetas en el freezer porque no precisa m\u00e1s que un vuelta y vuelta en la sart\u00e9n con oliva, sal y pimienta y ya est\u00e1 listo. Puede reemplazarse por <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/tofu-grillado\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">tofu grillado<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/nuggets-de-tofu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">rebozado<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/tofu-marinado\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">marinado<\/a> o como m\u00e1s les guste. Tambi\u00e9n por <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/gluten-free-falafel\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">falafel<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/albondigas-veganas\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">meatballs<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/churrasquitos-de-seitan\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">seit\u00e1n<\/a>, hongos grillados&#8230; algo carnosito y consistente. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">VEGETALES<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>Yo hago un mix de crudos y cocidos. Mi \u00fanica recomendaci\u00f3n es, tanto para unos como para otros, evitar los que larguen mucha agua o escurrirlos en tal caso. Entre los crudos mis favoritos son zanahoria rallada, hojas verdes, repollo y palta (que tambi\u00e9n se puede poner hecha pastita o guacamole). Incluso se puede sumar <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/kimchi\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">kimchi<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/chucrut\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">chucrut<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/pickles\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">pickles<\/a>, brotes o porotos cocidos. Para los vegetales cocidos me muevo entre br\u00f3coli, coliflor, zucchini, berenjena (puede ser estilo <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/panceta-de-berenjena\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">panceta<\/a> incluso), calabaza, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/wrapdetempeh-3.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/wrapdetempeh-3.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-7599\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ADEREZO<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>Por \u00faltimo, pero no por ello menos importante, el aderezo: la emulsi\u00f3n con que condecoraremos esta ensalada-s\u00e1nguche. Puede ser <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/queso-de-tofu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">queso crema<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/mayonesa-de-aquafaba\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">mayonesa<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/hummus-pure-de-garbanzos\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">hummus<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/nachos-guacamole\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">guacamole<\/a>, este <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/dressing-saludable\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">dressing saludable<\/a> o alg\u00fan otro que les guste y suelan hacer.
