Lo que sucede es que voy probando distintos reemplazos del huevo en sus 2 versiones (clara y yema).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Como sabr\u00e1n, la clara casi siempre la reemplazamos con aquafaba, as\u00ed que, en este caso, lo dif\u00edcil es encontrar el reemplazo de las yemas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Debo decir que la f\u00f3rmula que se me ocurri\u00f3 en este caso est\u00e1 muy buena, pero esta vez no me termin\u00f3 de convencer como qued\u00f3 el bizcochuelo porque lo hice puramente de almid\u00f3n de ma\u00edz. Si s\u00ed, ya s\u00e9, yo sola me complico, porque ya es dif\u00edcil que quede bien el &#8220;huevo&#8221; y encima le agrego m\u00e1s dificultad queriendo hacer una receta SIN GLUTEN.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En fin, como bizcochuelo para comer solo no es muy rico, (igual puede que les guste), decid\u00ed reciclarlo para hacer este postre que, en su versi\u00f3n especistal se hace con vainillas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Y la verdad, estoy muy feliz con el resultado, solo tengo que aclarar que es IMPORTANTE, una vez que lo arman dejar que descanse en la heladera por un d\u00eda entero. Les puedo asegurar que se siente la diferencia de sabor, humedad y textura.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><a para reemplazar las vainillas, les cuento lo que us\u00e9 para reemplazar el postre:<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>La crema de este <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/lemon-pie\/\">Lemon pie<\/a> , ajustando algunas cantidades, SIN LIM\u00d3N, con una leche vegetal de almendras (ya que la de avena no es LIBRE DE GLUTEN) y por supuesto, le agregu\u00e9 extracto de vainilla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1>Y para hacelo BORRACHO<\/h1>\n<p>Us\u00e9 oporto, pero pueden hacerlo con vino, whisky, alg\u00fan licor o si quisieran que sea apto ni\u00f1es podr\u00edan usar leche
