Bueno, LA AMO y me encantar\u00eda que ustedes la amen tambi\u00e9n. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Soy defensora de los panificados y sus derivados, siempre que se consuman con mesura -no como base de la alimentaci\u00f3n- y lo m\u00e1s nutritivos y enteros que se pueda. Por eso amo la espelta, porque es una harina llena de nutrientes, con bajo contenido de gluten, pero que se comporta de manera muy similar al trigo (por lo que las recetas que hago habitualmente con harina de trigo, las puedo hacer con espelta sin demasiada modificaci\u00f3n). Desde que la consigo en <a href=\"https:\/\/tienda.vitalcer.com\/productos\/harina-de-espelta-organica-sentido-comun-x1kg\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Vitalcer<\/a> no he dejado de comprarla (no es muy econ\u00f3mica pero rinde bien porque todo lo que hago con ella resulta m\u00e1s &#8220;saciador&#8221;). Eso s\u00ed, con LA CALOR que est\u00e1 haciendo en Buenos Aires, la estoy guardando en la heladera para que no se le hagan gorgojos o polillas -ay mam\u00e1! Otro d\u00eda les contar\u00e9 porque todav\u00eda estoy lidiando con este asunto en mi alacena-.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/pan_espelta_3.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/pan_espelta_3.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-7687\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>Vuelvo a la espelta -porque, como es mi costumbre, hablo (en este caso, escribo) demasiado y me voy de tema- la hice PAN. Un pan f\u00e1cil, sin amasado y sin demasiados ingredientes, pero muy sabroso! Porque adem\u00e1s le agregu\u00e9 un poco de la harina de semillas de zapallo (que Sabri les present\u00f3 <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/bocaditos-power\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ac\u00e1<\/a>) y qued\u00f3 DELI! Ideal para comer con <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/curso-lacteos-1\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">manteca<\/a>, hacer tostadas o bruschettas.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/pan_espelta_2.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/pan_espelta_2.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-7686\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">POSIBLES REEMPLAZOS<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Si no ten\u00e9s espelta, no consegu\u00eds, no te gusta o te resulta demasiado cara, pod\u00e9s usar harina de trigo integral para este pan (o mezclar harina integral con harina 000) y hacer esta receta tal cual.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Si no consum\u00eds gluten por el motivo que sea, te recomiendo buscar alguna receta sin gluten como <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/pan-de-molde-sin-gluten\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u00e9sta<\/a> y tambi\u00e9n nuestro <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/curso-de-masas-sin-gluten\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">curso de masas sin gluten<\/a> que es un fuegazo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La harina de semillas de zapallo se puede omitir y completar con harina de espelta o reemplazar por harina de almendras, nuez, girasol, casta\u00f1as de caj\u00fa. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tambi\u00e9n se le puede agregar semillas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La levadura de panadero -seca y activa- se puede reemplazar por levadura fresca. Aunque, en ese caso, se aconseja hacer la &#8220;esponja&#8221;. Es decir, diluirla en agua tibia con el az\u00facar y dejarla reposar para que se forme una esponja y reci\u00e9n ah\u00ed incorporarla. Si ten\u00e9s dudas con tema levaduras, no olvides consultar <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/levadura\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">este posteo<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aceite: lleva poco y puse oliva de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/oh.aceite.de.oliva\/?hl=es\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Oh!<\/a> porque a Las espelta con la harina de zapallo. Agregar el az\u00facar, la sal y la levadura seca. Incorporar con esp\u00e1tula hasta formar un bollo. Terminar de darle forma con las manos hasta que quede un bollo liso, no es necesario amasar demasiado.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-7688-step-0-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Aceitar un bol y colocar la masa a reposar en un lugar c\u00e1lido, tapada con repasador h\u00famedo, hasta que duplique su volumen (entre 1 y 2 horas).<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-7688-step-0-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Pasado este tiempo, colocar un poco de harina en la mesada y con mucho cuidado, desmoldar el bollo. Importante: no debemos aplastar ni desgasificar, sino tratarlo con suavidad para formar un bollo redondo.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-7688-step-0-4\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Colocar el bollo en un molde para horno aceitado previamente. Si es una pizzera o tartera peque\u00f1a, mejor, ya que ayudar\u00e1 al bollo a contener la forma.
