Porque eso es lo que yo siento cuando un plato me encanta, es exacto lo que le dec\u00eda a mi mam\u00e1 respecto de <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/pancitos-de-grace\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">estos pancitos<\/a>, por ejemplo, y es lo que me pasa con casi todas las recetas que llevan papa como ingrediente principal, tipo,<em> &#8220;podr\u00eda vivir a \u00f1oquis&#8221;<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Creo que fue esa la sensaci\u00f3n que me quiso transmitir el chef <a href=\"https:\/\/espiritualchef.com\/quien-soy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Javier Medvedovsky<\/a> cuando me toc\u00f3 entrevistarlo hace algunos a\u00f1os para la revista femenina y me dijo: <em>&#8220;eleg\u00ed 4 o 5 ingredientes que te gusten mucho para hacer una ensalada \u00a1y listo! No har\u00e1 falta que pienses m\u00e1s en qu\u00e9 vas a comer&#8221;<\/em>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bien, supongo que podr\u00eda vivir a base de esta ensalada que tiene: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Papines con su c\u00e1scara, hervidos y cortados en mitades.<\/li><li>Falso at\u00fan que hice siguiendo <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/empanada-gallega\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">esta receta<\/a> pero, en lugar de jackfruit -que ac\u00e1 no se consigue- us\u00e9 las mollejitas que ense\u00f1amos en el <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/curso-de-carnes-vegetales-sin-gluten\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Curso de Carnes Vegetales<\/a>. Aunque tambi\u00e9n pueden usar hongos frescos, seit\u00e1n o tofu. O tambi\u00e9n pueden hacer este <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/pionono-de-no-atun\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">otro at\u00fan a base de garbanzos<\/a>.<\/li><li>Tomates frescos cubeteados sin semillas.<\/li><li>Aceitunas negras.<\/li><li>Sal, pimienta y aceite de oliva &#8211;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/oh.aceite.de.oliva\/?hl=es\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Oh!<\/a>, por supuesto-.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/ensalada-de-papines_1.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/ensalada-de-papines_1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-7748\"\/><\/a><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>NADA M\u00c1S!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Insisto con que es una sensaci\u00f3n. En la realidad no podr\u00eda vivir a \u00f1oquis, ni a pancitos, ni a base de esta ensalada, porque la parte nutricional deja mucho que desear. PEEEEEEEEEERO es rica, saciadora y sirve para resolver un almuerzo en pocos minutos. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Antes de pasarles la receta, me gustar\u00eda dejarles dos interrogantes: el primero, que la prueben y me cuenten qu\u00e9 les pareci\u00f3. Y el segundo, que piensen cu\u00e1les ser\u00edan sus 4 o 5 ingredientes ideales para mixear en una ensalada que &#8220;podr\u00edan comer toda la vida&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n<div id=\"recipe\"><\/div><div
