Con el correr del tiempo se le fueron introduciendo algunos vegetales, arroz y el plato se fue filtrando en otras culturas donde se lo fue modificando y adaptando. Por eso hoy, en los lugares donde se ofrece <em>poke<\/em>, se lo sirve agrupando cada ingrediente -en lugar de mezclarlo todo como una ensalada- con el fin de personalizar el plato a gusto del comensal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nuestra versi\u00f3n tiene un poco de todo, pero no tiene sabor mar\u00edtimo. As\u00ed que, si lo desean, pueden reemplazar el tofu crocante por esta otra versi\u00f3n de <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/no-salmon\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">tofu\/salm\u00f3n<\/a> o la zanahoria rallada por este <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/carrot-lox\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">carrot lox<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/poke_1.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/poke_1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-7760\"\/><\/a><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">DATOS, NO OPINIONES<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>El plato se prepara en minutos si se tienen todos los ingredientes ya cocidos\/armados.<\/li><li>Puede servirse algo tibio o temperatura ambiente, pero nunca fr\u00edo ni caliente.<\/li><li>Se puede personalizar a gusto y piacere, siempre y cuando se involucren: un cereal (arroz, quinoa, etc.), una prote\u00edna (tofu, tempeh, legumbres), vegetales (crudos y\/o cocidos), un aderezo (puede ser algo elaborado como este <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/dressing-saludable\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">dressing saludable<\/a> o simplemente oliva y lim\u00f3n) y <em>toppings<\/em> (semillas, cebollita picada, etc.).<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/poke_2.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/poke_2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-7761\"\/><\/a><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">PARA LA COCCI\u00d3N<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Elegimos usar esta <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tiendablackanddeckerhogar.com.ar\/MLA-1122171181-olla-multifuncion-blackdecker-65-litros-mc901-ar-_JM#position=2&amp;search_layout=stack&amp;type=item&amp;tracking_id=8051299a-ebe0-4a21-8105-07b8ebec7c\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">olla multifunci\u00f3n de <strong>Black+Decker<\/strong><\/a> que tiene distintas funciones seg\u00fan la receta que se quiera hacer y tama\u00f1o familiar (6,5 litros) as\u00ed que se puede cocinar para muchas personas o tener listo los almuerzos de toda la semana, ja!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Por ejemplo, para el arroz, usamos la funci\u00f3n ARROZ y estuvo listo en pocos minutos. Lo \u00fanico que hay que considerar es que la relaci\u00f3n de los ingredientes es 2\/3 y debe respetarse. Por cada dos partes de arroz, van 3 de agua. Tambi\u00e9n debemos tener en cuenta que hay que enjuagar el arroz antes de cocinarlo para quitarle un poco el almid\u00f3n.<\/li><li>Para hacer los choclos y el br\u00f3coli usamos la funci\u00f3n de HERVIR\/VAPOR. No hay modo de lograr vegetales m\u00e1s sanos y sabrosos que haci\u00e9ndolos al vapor. Se hicieron en un periquete y quedaron riqu\u00edsimos.<\/li><li>Para los hongos y el tofu fuimos por la funci\u00f3n DORAR\/SOFRITO. Cocina a la temperatura justa, sin quemar el aceite y sin salpicar todo. El panel de control se desmonta, por lo que puede lavarse m\u00e1s f\u00e1cilmente (incluso en el lavavajillas). Parece que este electrodom\u00e9stico tiene todo para convertirse en nuestro nuevo ALIADO en la cocina!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Claro que pueden cocinar donde lo hacen habitualmente. Lo ideal es cocinar o pre-cocinar algunas cosas con antelaci\u00f3n para no tener que hacerlo todo en el momento. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video\"><video controls
