Es que hoy les traigo dos ideas bien distintas pero que me ENCANTAN por igual para tunear el queso crema y servirlo en una picada o como tentempi\u00e9 cuando viene alguien de visita. Y cuando digo &#8220;queso crema&#8221; estoy hablando de un queso crema vegano &#x1f331; por si a alguien le sirve la aclaraci\u00f3n, aunque sea algo obvio, pues este es un blog de recetas veganas, pero nunca se sabe qui\u00e9n cae por ac\u00e1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para la no vegan pipol advierto que no es que no se puedan llevar a cabo estas ideas con queso crema de leche de vaca (o de &#8220;teta de vaca&#8221; como dice mi sobri Sim\u00f3n). Es mi favorito en la vida, lo hago todas las semanas y me encanta convidarlo a gente no vegana porque siempre se sorprenden y tiran un <em>&#8220;\u00bfc\u00f3mo lograste ese gusto a l\u00e1cteo?&#8221;<\/em>, jijiji. Y medio que la sonrisa que se asoma en mi cara grita silenciosamente: VEN QUE NO HACE FALTA USAR ANIMALES PA COMER RICOOOOO!!!!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">CLARO QUE PUEDEN USAR CUALQUIER QUESO CREMA VEGANO<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Ac\u00e1 hay uno de <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/queso-de-tofu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">tofu<\/a>, pueden usar el que suelan hacer en sus casas o uno comprado. De hecho hay algunos muy buenos en el mercado local como los de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/augustafoods\/?hl=es\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Augusta<\/a> o <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/crudda_\/?hl=es\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Crudda<\/a> (esto no es chivo, es servicio porque realmente me parecen muy copes). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video\"><video controls src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/queso-crema.mp4\"><\/video><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">PARA EL QUESO CREMA ORIENTAL<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Us\u00e9 salsa de soja (pueden usar una gluten free) y semillas de s\u00e9samo integrales tostadas. Para tostarlas simplemente las pongo en una sart\u00e9n ya caliente sobre la hornalla a fuego m\u00e1ximo por unos segundos. Lo compr\u00e9 en Carlos Keen la otra vez que fuimos de paseo y de hecho la idea para este pat\u00e9 me la dio el se\u00f1or que me vendi\u00f3 el producto (su comercio se llama <a href=\"https:\/\/goo.gl\/maps\/rTEY7ZwyFysQizqh8\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Mirando al Sur<\/a>). Pueden hacerlo ustedes mismos comprando hongos secos (g\u00edrgolas o cualquier otro, aunque guarda con los de pino que son muuuy fuertes) y moli\u00e9ndolos en la licuadora, mixer o procesadora.
