Ahhh es que hay tantos argumentos que no sabr\u00eda por d\u00f3nde empezar. Primero porque marcas de masas para tartas VEGANAS &#x1f331; no abundan en el mercado y menos si busc\u00e1s sin gluten y muuuucho menos si quer\u00e9s que la masa adem\u00e1s de sabrosa sea nutritiva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hecha esta aclaraci\u00f3n, les cuento que no lleva taaaaaaaaaaaanto trabajo hacerla. Yo me hago mis propias masas de tarta desde antes de que me propusiera tratar de reducir el gluten, desde antes de ser vegana incluso, el objetivo siempre fue hacerlas m\u00e1s saludables. Y adem\u00e1s, la masa casera tiene ese no s\u00e9 qu\u00e9 &#x1f49a; que ninguna comprada puede imitar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta masa es similar a la de semillas que compartimos en nuestro primer libro <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/comida-tipica-argentina-vegana\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Comida T\u00edpica Argentina Vegana<\/a>. Aviso que us\u00e9 ingredientes algo RARIS pero reemplazables, a saber:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Harina de arvejas: <\/strong>puede reemplazarse por prote\u00edna aislada de arveja, por harina de garbanzos, por harina de soja o quinoa (ojo que esta \u00faltima es amarga) o por una mezcla de todo eso. <\/li><li><strong>Harina de almendras:<\/strong> puede reemplazarse por harina de casta\u00f1as de caj\u00fa (anacardos) o por bagazo (okara) de leche de almendras casera, o por m\u00e1s harina de calabaza (o reemplazo de la misma).<\/li><li><strong>Harina de semillas de calabaza:<\/strong> viene en harina, s\u00ed, \u00bfse acuerdan que les hab\u00edamos contado al respecto <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/bocaditos-power\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ac\u00e1<\/a>? Pero si no se puede hacer moliendo las semillas de zapallo. Lo mismo puede hacerse con las semillas de girasol, que son tanto m\u00e1s econ\u00f3micas.<\/li><li><strong>Levadura nutricional:<\/strong> le potencia el sabor, pero puede omitirse su uso.<\/li><li><strong>Psyllium:<\/strong> es clave para amalgamar (f\u00edjense que en esta masa no usamos f\u00e9culas) se puede reemplazar por goma xantana, aunque debe usarse menor cantidad de esta \u00faltima.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery columns-2 is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\"><ul class=\"blocks-gallery-grid\"><li class=\"blocks-gallery-item\"><figure><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/masa_tatar_gf_3.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/masa_tatar_gf_3.jpg\" alt=\"\" data-id=\"7852\" data-full-url=\"https:\/\/holavegan.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/masa_tatar_gf_3.jpg\" data-link=\"https:\/\/holavegan.com\/?attachment_id=7852\" class=\"wp-image-7852\"\/><\/a><\/figure><\/li><li class=\"blocks-gallery-item\"><figure><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/masa_tatar_gf_2.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/masa_tatar_gf_2.jpg\" alt=\"\" data-id=\"7851\" data-full-url=\"https:\/\/holavegan.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/masa_tatar_gf_2.jpg\" data-link=\"https:\/\/holavegan.com\/?attachment_id=7851\" class=\"wp-image-7851\"\/><\/a><\/figure><\/li><\/ul><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n us\u00e9 sal marina, que puede sustituirse por sal fina de mesa, o la que suelan usar; aceite de oliva <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/oh.aceite.de.oliva\/?hl=es\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">OH!<\/a> pero pueden usar cualquier otro aceite y agua, que tambi\u00e9n pueden reemplazar por leche vegetal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un consejo que les doy: no la estiren directo en la fuente como hago yo en el video que publicamos en Instagram, porque es probable que se pegue.  Lo ideal es estirarla sobre una placa de silicona h\u00fameda, pero no me daba bien en la escena -buenaaaa, ella se cre\u00eda Sof\u00eda Coppola-.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para el relleno, hice el de zapallitos -pero con zucchini- de <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/comida-tipica-argentina-vegana\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Comida T\u00edpica Argentina Vegana<\/a> y en vez de la mezcla de &#8220;huevo&#8221; que le ponemos ah\u00ed, us\u00e9 el que ense\u00f1amos en el nuevo curso <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/curso-tofu-is-my-boyfriend\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">TOFU IS MY BOYFRIEND<\/a> y tambi\u00e9n le puse la muzza estilo b\u00faffala del curso <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/curso-lacteos-1\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">L\u00e1cteos Vegetales I<\/a>, porque \u00a1ay, lo rica que queda! Ac\u00e1 est\u00e1 este <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/tarta-de-zucchini\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">relleno de zucchini<\/a>, o este <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/tarta-de-berenjenas\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">de berenjena<\/a> y este <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/tarta-de-tofu-y-espinaca\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">de tofu y espinaca<\/a> que es un fuego. <\/p>\n\n\n<div
