{"id":7856,"date":"2022-03-25T08:10:29","date_gmt":"2022-03-25T11:10:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/holavegan.com\/?p=7856"},"modified":"2026-04-12T18:21:20","modified_gmt":"2026-04-12T21:21:20","slug":"flan-de-chocolate-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/holavegan.com\/en\/flan-de-chocolate-2\/","title":{"rendered":"FLAN DE CHOCOLATE"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/DSC01938.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/DSC01938-768x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-7860\"\/><\/a><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Hace poco les compartimos una receta de <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/flan-de-alubias\/\">flan<\/a>, que a m\u00ed parecer, es BRILLANTE, porque est\u00e1 hecha a partir de leche de porotos alubia que son una gran fuente de prote\u00ednas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Como me gust\u00f3 tanto pero taaaanto, no dej\u00e9 de hacerla por semanas, hasta que, para no aburrir a la familia, decid\u00ed transformarla un poco y hacerla de chocolate. Pero, para ir un poco m\u00e1s all\u00e1 que el agregado de cacao, me dispuse a cambiar la leche de porotos por leche de lentejas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El procedimiento es el mismo que en la receta anterior, es decir, se remoja la legumbre, en este caso las lentejas y luego se procesan con agua, ese l\u00edquido se filtra y as\u00ed obtenemos la leche. Claro que como toda leche que se hace con legumbres, hay que cocinarla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As\u00ed es como llegamos a la parte en la que incorporamos hierro a nuestro organismo, de una manera m\u00e1s divertida, refrescante y deliciosa!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/DSC01939-1-2.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/DSC01939-1-2-768x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-7862\"\/><\/a><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h5>DIFERENCIAS CON EL FLAN DE ALUBIAS<\/h5>\n<p>Me gusta llamarlos blanco y negro:<\/p>\n<p>Para el blanco usamos lim\u00f3n, y bastante extracto de vainilla, para el negro s\u00f3lo necesitamos cacao en polvo sin az\u00facar agregada y usamos un poquito m\u00e1s de az\u00facar, para que no quede amargo.<\/p>\n<p>Claramente no hace falta que usemos c\u00farcuma, como en el de vainilla.<\/p>\n<p>En cuanto a la cantidad de legumbres, en este caso puse 2 tazas en lugar de 1 y 1\/2. Del resto de los ingredientes us\u00e9 las mismas cantidades.<\/p>\n<p>La cocci\u00f3n es la misma y el tiempo de refrigeraci\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n.<\/p>\n<p>Recuerden que siempre es m\u00e1s rico al d\u00eda siguiente! Y ac\u00e1 tengo que hacer una aclaraci\u00f3n. Cuanto m\u00e1s tiempo remojen las legumbres menos invasivo ser\u00e1 su sabor. Pueden remojarlas durante d\u00edas, eso s\u00ed refrigeradas para que no se fermenten!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5>Combinaciones<\/h5>\n<p>En mi opini\u00f3n, el blanco va con<a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/dulce-de-leche-repostero\/\"> Caramel candy<\/a> y el negro con crema, no s\u00e9 que pensar\u00e1n ustedes.<\/p>\n<p>En este caso hice una (como ven en la imagen) fermentando casta\u00f1as de caj\u00fa con agua de k\u00e9fir y despu\u00e9s licuando con az\u00facar y extracto de vainilla, queda s\u00faper rica y es muy r\u00e1pida de hacer. La cantidad de az\u00facar utilizada para el caramelo es justamente porque es un molde grande.
