Como todav\u00eda no tuve la fortuna de probarla hecha por ella, le ped\u00ed la receta para poder hacerla en versi\u00f3n vegan porque siempre que me la describ\u00eda se me hac\u00eda agua la boca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La diferencia que tiene esta torta de la <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/torta-invertida-manzana\/\">tradicional invertida<\/a> es que se hace con caramelo. Es decir, al mismo caramelo que usamos para hacer cualquier<a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/flan-de-chocolate-2\/\"> flan<\/a>, le agregamos las naranjas y el aceite de coco en el mismo momento en el que se est\u00e1 formando para que se integren bien y se caramelicen tambi\u00e9n. Suena complicado, pero les prometo que no lo es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1>HABLEMOS DE REEMPLAZAR<\/h1>\n<p>Si no son muy fan\u00e1ticos de la naranja, sepan que pueden usar cualquier otra fruta: manzana, anan\u00e1, mandarina, pera. Lo ideal es que sean frutas que tengan mucho jugo, ya que la receta casi no lleva ingredientes l\u00edquidos. Pero en el caso de la manzana o si quisi\u00e9ramos probar con banana podr\u00eda quedar s\u00faper, con s\u00f3lo agregar m\u00e1s cantidad de leche o agua.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En cuanto a la cantidad de fruta que necesitamos depende de la superficie que tenga el molde que vayan a usar. Yo us\u00e9 2 naranjas para un molde de 20 cent\u00edmetros. Las puse encimadas, porque solo con 1 hubiera sido suficiente para cubrir la base del molde. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1>CON RESPECTO A LA HARINA<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>Como siempre cuento, me hice FAN de la harina de espelta, as\u00ed que siempre que puedo la uso. De hecho creo que ya la uso para TODO, por eso quiero aclarar que si la reemplazan por harina de trigo com\u00fan no hace falta que usen psyllium, yo lo agrego porque la harina de espelta tiene muy baja cantidad de gluten, y en este caso el psyllium viene a llenar ese espacio. Act\u00faa como el gluten, haciendo homog\u00e9nea y m\u00e1s el\u00e1stica la preparaci\u00f3n. Si usaran espelta sola se desgranar\u00eda la miga con mucha facilidad y se desarmar\u00eda la torta al cortarla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1>A SABER<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>Lo \u00faltimo, pero no menos importante, que deben tener en cuenta, es que esta torta se desmolda estando a\u00fan CALIENTE, cosa que hay que hacer con mucho cuidado para que no se rompa. Pero si esperamos a que se enfr\u00ede corremos el riesgo de que se nos pegue en la base.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><a h\u00fameda, asi que puede quedar muy bien si la sirvieran con alguna crema, aqu\u00ed les dejo las <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/3-versiones-de-crema-chantilly\/\">tres Quitarle el albedo (las partes blancas) y las semillas.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-7877-step-0-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">En el centro del molde que vamos a usar colocar el az\u00facar y el aceite de coco.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-7877-step-0-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Llevar el molde al fuego de la hornalla. Debe estar bien bajito para que no se queme. Cuando comienza a fundirse el az\u00facar formando el caramelo, esparcir bien cubriendo la base del molde y colocar lo m\u00e1s prolijo que se pueda los gajos de naranja. Reservar.<\/span><\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-group\"><h4 class=\"wprm-recipe-group-name wprm-recipe-instruction-group-name wprm-block-text-bold\">Para la masa<\/h4><ul class=\"wprm-recipe-instructions\"><li id=\"wprm-recipe-7877-step-1-0\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Cortar en tiritas bien finitas un pedacito de la c\u00e1scara de una de las naranjas. <\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-7877-step-1-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Mezclar los ingredientes secos por un lado y por el otro los h\u00famedos.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-7877-step-1-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Incorporar los h\u00famedos a los secos y agregar los pedacitos de c\u00e1scara. Integrar bien.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-7877-step-1-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Colocar esta mezcla en el molde con el caramelo y las naranjas y llevar a un horno medio 180\u00b0pre-calentado, durante unos 20 minutos. Pasado ese tiempo se puede sacar y probar con un palillo. <\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-7877-step-1-4\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">A diferencia de la mayor\u00eda de las tortas, \u00e9sta se desmolda EN CALIENTE. Es un paso que hay que hacer r\u00e1pido y con mucho cuidado, ya que no deber\u00eda romperse.
